This is a wonderful neighborhood pharmacy that we have been using for years to meet all of our healthcare and other needs. Everyone I have dealt with there is prompt an courteous! Our Rx’s are always there and ready to be picked up, and I am also enjoying using the services of the Photo center.(I think the other reviewer who slammed this location with only one star was way off base as evidenced by his use of language in a public web site).

What the hell. So I have been coming here for years now. My insurance has not changed nor has my address, phone numbers, name or age. I came here two weeks ago to get some meds, no problem. I got sick again so I dropped off my med-scrip(which wasn’t the issue at all) and they told me it would be ready by 2pm. So I went home and took a nap and came back later in the evening around 6pm(giving them plenty of time to take care of whatever). I needed the antibitoic Ceftin(one of only 3 antibiotics I am not allergic to, go figure) — and when I came to pick up– the lady kept asking me about allergy alerts and this and that(no shit, my record has been on file for YEARS here) — I explained to her that the actual Ceftin is ok, but I have never had generics before(sometimes the generics CAN have things I am allergic too, this has happened to me) of this type– that uncertainty left me unweary. She said if I wanted the name brand it would take another hour to fill(lady, I don’t have all f’in night– I got work @2am!) — I explained that this was ridiculous, and that it even stated on the scrip to get the name brand only… Then to top it off, she asked for my insurance card, it wasn’t valid!!! I explained to her I haven’t had a scrip card in years, since it was all digital, and everything should be on file. So she then made me sit to the side and let literally 8 people go in front of me while I am sitting there sick as hell while she is on the phone with medco… 30 minutes later of waiting(mind you my sister had to drive me I was this sick, and she had her newborn in the car too) — I ended up getting sick inside the store… She finally got off the phone to tell me it was straightened out– no shit! No exaplanation or nothing. What kills me is that nobody called me or anything during that time to tell me of these issues, completely wasting my time! I am almost tempted to switch pharms if this crap happens again! I really don’t have much more to say, except that these generics suck!
