Hope this service and help remains the same. A gentleman, Craig, was so very helpful, and the choices are extravagant. If you’re doing any framing, or just shopping for something beautiful for your walls, this is the place. You won’t be bored, I promise.

What a great place! I’ve lived right down the street for seven years but never had the occasion to stop in until this week. I needed to frame a painting as a gift and Mike spent a lot of time working with me to find the right color, size and «look» to make it special. Of course I was also doing it at the last minute and needed the work done overnight, which they completed at no extra charge. This wasn’t an expensive purchase but I was treated like I was framing a Van Gogh! Can’t say enough good things about the service here!

Went back the day after my first review to pick up my framed item. First of all, my ‘customer service representative’ wasn’t there. Hope someone gets the memo that he’s a loss.
Everyone else in the store was absolutely delightful. Very helpful.
The frame itself is perfect. They did a great job framing it and it turns out that I can pick out the perfect frame in five minutes!
Unilocal still has the address wrong it’s on Holcomb Bridge Road in Alpharetta. Just FYI.

I cannot recommend Thompson’s enough to anyone looking for custom framing! They are the BEST!!! My family has been going to them for years, and we have never been even slightly disappointed. They have a great selection of moulding and mats to choose from, and all of their employees are extremely personable and professional. I love everyone that works there, but Craig Thompson, the owner, is THE MAN!
Their prices are very reasonable; they also have great clearance items and frequent specials on prints and artwork in their gallery. They have an unbeatably fast turnaround time and have always had my jobs done in less than 24 hours (even when my boss gave them over 15 large pieces and a next-​day deadline). Although I work in southeast Atlanta, I make the over 30 mile drive to Thompson’s anytime I need custom moulding. I love Thompson’s!!!
