I love love Jamba Juice ! My kids and I were so excited to see this location open ! We have been here a few times already. They love their orange dream machine but I still don’t think it’s quite right. Something is off with the drinks. Please get it right ! Customer service has been good !

Matcha Green Tea smoothie made with almond milk is basically like drinking a creamy frozen yogurt concoction. It’s simply amazing.

So glad Jamba is close to(my new) home. Same menu you know and love. Parking is a breeze. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The place seemed really clean. My smoothie tasted fresh. Can’t wait to go back. Maybe I should try the online ordering option.

The jamba juice craze finally reaches JC/Alpharetta(now we just need an In n Out). I always missed these overpriced, fruit juices, and make it a priority to stop at a shop whenever I’m in California. This one is nicely tucked in the Taco Mac/Publix plaza in Alpharetta, a pretty close drive from where I live. The location is clean and modern, green walls all around, an easy to read menu on one side; basically your average Jamba in Cali. This one is run by a friendly Indian couple(?), who helped my friend through the menu, checking the nutrition of certain drinks in their nutrition manual. I used the $ 1 off deal on the Unilocal app, and ordered a medium Caribbean Passion(Make It Light), which was still 51g sugar and 255 calories. It tasted great, not too sweet, and had the right consistency(though a bit of fruit wasn’t fully blended). Probably not the best place to stop for the calorie conscious. It’s gonna be expensive. Jamba Juice is like getting Chipotle, you’re not gonna walk inside and expect an extra value meal. If you want a cheaper and healthier alternative, buy a juicer at home and juice fresh fruits. I’m giving 4 stars for the kind staff and the decency of the juice, tastes the same as the ones I’ve had in Cali.

This location is extremely clean, very lively, and has prompt service! Jamba Juice is a favorite smoothie place of mine and I was so excited to hear that it was opening in Georgia! I grew up in Arizona and moved to Georgia about three years ago and my whole family sorely missed Jamba Juice. I have been to this location several times and each time it has been a very clean store, with noticeably fresh products, and the service is fantastic! Drinks come out really quickly and blended to perfection. I have tried the Pomegranate Paradise(All Fruit), Rassmataz(Classics), Caribean Passion(Classics), Pumpkin Smash(Seasonal), and Macha Green Tea Blast(Creamy Treat). It is in a very convenient location near a Chickfila, Wendy’s, Publics and Taco Mac. The servers are very kind and direct. They greet you when you come in the door, and I have never seen a sour face. Note: I had the opportunity to speak with an employee, and this location just opened recently, and for most of the staff this is their first job, so mistakes are likely. But, this location also has a policy that if you don’t like your drink it will replace an order, make a completely different order, or give you an «its on us» coupon if you are in a hurry. So while the staff is still new to this smoothie making, even if you are not satisfied with your drink they will make sure to make it better and with a smile on their face! Goodness Guaranteed!

Being a California native, Jamba Juice is and will always be the best darn smoothie joint on the planet. Sorry Planet Smoothie, you’re way out of orbit. I’ve long missed the days of pumping wheatgrass shots through my veins, so when a friend sent word that Jamba Juice was just a few short miles from my church, all I could do was shout Hallelujah all the way there. My mind was a little fuzzy as to what alterations I usually made to my secret menu fave but we ran through the ingredients and nixed the milk. So I gets mi drink and I’m immediately troubled. My cup is not filled to the top. What?! Every delightful helping of Jamba I’ve ever had has been overflowing to the point where there’s a touch left over. Even some spilling through the straw hole. What they do with it, not my problem but the cup should runneth over. So as not to cause a scene, I left with my unsatisfying fill and headed for my car. I sat down to take a sip and Jamba Juice came through my straw Actual juice! It was blended to smithereens! It tasted decent but I kept finding my juice flow was getting stuck with something in the bottom of my cup. I just want to say, it’s pretty awful to drink a large cup of JUICE with a smoothie straw. It sucks pretty bad. I was able to finish the whole thing in my 5 minute trip back to work. There should have been at least a 30minute nursing period but I had to drink up before my smoothie warmed into soup. Listen, many of you may disagree with my review already but I know Jamba Juice and I know they can do better, even if the employees don’t possess that California love. This started off as a three star review but as I continued to write, my anger grew and I dropped a star.(Should be down to one) Oh and I still don’t know what was in the bottom of my cup, so I snapped a picture. I took a chew at one of them and still couldn’t identify what the heck it was. Dang Jamba Juice… It’s like that?! Get it together or change your name! This was not Jamba.

Nice staff. Very clean inside. I got the small matcha green tea and it was a little over 5 dollars. Not the cheapest but it definitely tastes like real ingredients, and I love that they have almond milk as a milk alternative.
