History

Established in 2010.

Founded in 2010 to serve the residential market in landscape design and construction in north-​metro Atlanta, high-​end projects there and in central North Carolina presented opportunities to expand into design and construction of full-​scale outdoor living spaces, including hardscapes. The experience of a complete renovation of an historic residence, the complete construction of a 1900’s era replica farmhouse and decades of experience in and around the construction trades gave Cory the perfect background and confidence to expand into the indoors. As he says, ‘many homeowners have been taking the indoors out in recent times, only to find that their design themes contrast, or even clash, at the door. We integrate design themes and concepts to ensure harmonious transition and consistency for the entire property — from the gated entrance to the master bathroom and everywhere in between.’ We have built our business on the foundation of un-​compromising quality and personal service.

Business Owner

From early childhood, Cory’s father was involved in some capacity of building, development and real estate sales as Austin, Texas grew from a quaint town on the Colorado River into the vibrant community it is today. Following college Cory spent a career in the Army, most of which was in the Special Operations community serving where failure was not an option. Near the end of his career, Cory and his wife bought an historic Craftsman bungalow on a city park in Columbus, Georgia, which they spent six years renovating. Following his active duty career in the Army, Cory spent 10 years in horticulture and manufacturing in North Carolina and Florida. As his company’s largest customer moved to Mexico in 2010, a former tree customer in Atlanta convinced Cory to return to fulfill premium quality design and landscape construction in the high-​end residential market of north-​metro Atlanta. Cory’s core principle is to perform every task as if it were at his own home.
