History

Established in 2005.

In 2014, The Justin Landis Group closed 129 transactions and ranked #2 in sales in the KW Peachtree Road office of over 300 agents. Justin joined the KW office in Brookhaven in May of 2008 after three years in the real estate industry. In his first year with Keller Williams, he received the Shooting Star Award for the 2nd highest producing newcomer to the office. This trend continued in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 as Justin’s sales volume earned him top 10 status. Thanks to Justin’s sales growth, he started his own team, The Justin Landis Group, at the beginning of 2013. In it’s first year, The Justin Landis Group was the #2 Group at KW Peachtree Road. The team is committed to providing the same level of service and expertise that Justin has provided to so many clients.

Justin has experience in every facet of residential and investment real estate with over 500 transactions in his portfolio. His experiences in real estate have taken him across all areas Atlanta.

Justin Landis is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he was a Presidential Scholar and graduated highest honors with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Justin’s engineering background has enabled him to take a unique approach to real estate through problem solving and analytics — a method that has resulted in success for his clients. Justin is married to Amaris, his high school sweetheart, and is a resident of Grant Park. He spends his free time cycling, traveling and hiking the next big mountain.

I don’t usually write reviews but creating a Unilocal account just to give this group a positive review is worth it to me — they were truly outstanding! Which is hard to find. I’ve gone back & forth on home buying since 2012 & this group was there & encouraging EVERY step of the way — even if it meant renting and waiting to find «the one» home — — there was absolutely no pushiness & a lot of sincerity around helping me know when the time was right. This year I found my dream home after looking at 9 other houses. Justin’s group was knowledgeable, super available, flexible, and informed me throughout the entire process — down to connecting me with a suggestion for homeowner’s insurance. I highly, highly recommend them — not just for their knowledge but they are a very likeable bunch too.

After moving to Atlanta from Miami, I wasn’t interested in purchasing a home for sometime. However, life is unexpected. With a new baby on the way, I thought it a good idea to have my own home.
I was impressed with Justin, Natalie, and Emily. They helped me quickly find a home for my growing family. After visiting a few homes they were able to get an understanding of what I wanted.
Once we found the house, the buying process was extremely efficient. I was expecting to wake up one day with bad news but they were professional and had all contingencies covered from inspection to appraisal and closing, it could not have been easier.
When I’m ready to move I’ll definitely go back to Justin and his team.

This group is great!!! They helped us buy and sell a home! Both transactions were smooth and they couldn’t have been more helpful! Jarrod helped us in purchasing our current home! He is truly so nice and helpful. Ashton helped us to sell our house and she always had the best suggestions and was always easy to get a hold of! They both were great to work with! Justin was always there to help when he could! I recommend them hands down!!! You will not be disappointed with this down to earth group!

Hard to express how happy we are to have Justin representing us. This guy is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient and responsive. As a first time home buyer, Justin made the entire process easy. He was patient throughout. He worked to understand what I was truly looking for and finding properties that worked. I consistently felt as thought Justin had my best interest at heart.
During a hiccup in the financing process, Justin jumped in to help me determine the possible next steps, helping me to find another bank which was able to work within my then very short time frame.
Justin provides great customer service and always does it with a smile. He truly made a process that can be exhausting and overwhelming seem almost easy. I would recommend him without a doubt.

Justin was super easy to work with and persistent in helping me find the perfect place within my budget. He was patient and due diligent in searching and sending me properties that met my criteria and never said we can’t do it, even though the odds were against us.
He is very professional and assisted me throughout the entire process, including helping me find a competitive bank.
