The end result is great, but the work took forever, and the guy who runs the place never returned my phone calls, so I ended up driving in several times after the agreed-upon finish date only to be turned away with«they’re not done yet.» Finally, I got fed up, called, and left a message saying, «I’m coming in tomorrow and I am either leaving with the cushions done or I’m leaving with a refund.» It took an hour to finish up, and I happily helped, but it was a lot of money and I felt like I had to babysit the process to get everything finished up and get my cushions back about a month after I’d sent them off.

Jerry and Nan cut new cushions for a 15 year old white slip-covered sofa that I love.(See before and after picture). The results are amazing. They are artists. Note: I picked the most expensive foam and asked for it extra thick, so the cost came to over $ 400. Totally worth it. Looks better than new!

I highly recommend this store. I bought a mattress from Jerry and Nan 10 years ago and I love it. Comfortable, very light and you can even fold it(it fits into a small car when folded)!

Jerry and Nan are old school craftspeople. They made me a lovely replacement cushion for my old loveseat. Jerry went over all the options with me ahead of time — foam, latex, fabric, etc. Back in the 1990s, I had bought just a bit of foam from them for that same loveseat. That block finally wore out and this time, I had them make a cover to go with the new block of foam. The cover is beautifully sewn, with a zipper and cord piping. They also make mattresses with old fashioned ticking fabric covers. I’m thinking of having them make me a small one for a topper. Highly recommended.
