It is with a huge heartache on the evening of 7÷15÷15 that I must give a terrible review. I have had good experiences with Papa John’s. The delivery time was SERIOUSLY wrong. I even called ahead to make sure the order was placed correctly. Here’s the kicker– we told the driver we cancelled the order after too much time expired after the manager told us it was ready and sitting at the store. The manager called back to give us the pizza on them for their timing mistake but instead of actually giving us the pizza cold for free, he hung up on us instead. So we ate nothing instead. Sadly, very sadly, because we love papa johns pizza, we can’t order from them again. :(

2 stars for convenience. Reminds me of cafeteria pizza in school. Only tried since local pizza restaurant is closed on Sunday. Dominos is better if you are going the chain pizza route.

Always get great pizza. Hot, fresh. Tonight took a little longer than usual, but delivery guy was super nice and apparently, had a rough night. It happens. Great service. Great food. Will keep ordering.

I stopped here after a long day at Dorney Park. My nephew wanted pizza but I knew my stomach couldn’t handle pizza hut on a 4 hour drive back home.
We got two specialty pizza’s which were only $ 12 each and they even used FRESH MUSHROOMS! I think others use canned because these tasted great after a long day at the park.
I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store and girl at the counter who took our order was super friendly.
I will def be going back there every time we visit Dorney Park.

Tonight was the first time we have ordered from them. Both of our pizzas were a little underdone and soggy. My husband called to let them know, and they sent us 2 new, perfectly done pizzas, plus 2 coupons for free pizzas. I am impressed. Dominos in Macungie should be very afraid. I swear, Papa John’s must use twice the amount of cheese that Dominos uses.
Edited to add: We’ve ordered from them 4 times now. The pizza is good, but the service is truly great. The people on the phone are very professional and courteous, friendly, as are the drivers. Last night, our pizza came a little too fast!

The bomb. I’ve never had Papa John’s before and just ordered it and had it delivered. Heaven!!!
Finally somewhere for good pizza and wings. The delivery was quick and the guy that took my order made my special request for less sauce.
Next time I’m ordering online.
It’s about time we got a Pappa Johns.
