Incredibly nice and social people, amazing handmade treats, which our dog goes INSANE for, and they’re really good at working with our 55 lb behemoth who HATES having his nails cut.

Came in with my beautiful pedigree dogs and was completely ignored. No one deigned to ask, «may I help you». Staff just continued in their conversation and wouldn’t acknowledge us at all. We were going to buy gifts, treats and inquire about grooming. We were sorely disappointed by the lack of customer service and disdain. If this is how the business is run, then why would we ever come back or recommend this place to others? The merchandise is no different from Petco, PetGoods or Target. In fact, their customer service is far superior. Just because this store is a pink «boutique» with a crystal chandelier and pink confetti flooring, doesn’t mean the staff can act as haughtily as they did. Retail is retail and customers need to be served properly. What a shame –spent a goodly amount elsewhere where my money and patronage is respected and appreciated.

A great place to bring your dog… or dogs. The staff was very courteous and did a an excellent job handling our dogs who can some times be difficult to handle… the dogs came out fresh as a daisy!

They are extremely courteous and professional. My dog looked great after getting groomed here. The owner Linda is wonderful. I am a loyal customer!

Just picked up Oz, Woof Gang did a wonderful job. Enid did a great job of bringing out the inner «big dog» in my little rescue poodle. The store is clean and bright. The staff is so warm and professional and the doggy snacks were a huge hit for my three amigos.
