I have been to this location 20+ times and 10% of the time my food comes out the way I order it. The manager frequently on duty Federico doesn’t know the cook times and overcooks the chicken. A common problem I have is getting something different than I order. For example I order spicy nuggets… and receive regular. On my last occasion there I simply asked for my money back(because of the burnt chicken and browning frys) and Federico tried to refuse to give it to me. I had to say over 10+ times please give me my money back… and he continued to argue with me the entire time… as he has done before. Can not stand this place. If you like your food to come out the way you order it I suggest trying the Lucas location Wendy’s.

Very clean, love the layout. Wade and staff were great. Family and I enjoyed eating there.
Been here a couple times. I get treated like a King when I go inside. I don’t know why the reviews are sh! t, but this place is great.

The service here is so slow when you order inside. They must be understaffed because most tables are dirty and the order pickup line took 15 minutes for us to get our food. The coke freestyle machines were missing half the flavor addins, the bakery box was missing most cookies and those that were there were broken. The most egregious thing is the infestation of winged ants in the dining room. They were all over the floor and it was disgusting. I will not be back.

I’ve been here plenty of times. They remodeled this place and it’s the nicest looking Wendy’s I’ve seen. The drink station is nice and they call your name when your order’s ready. If they don’t see you, they’ll walk over to you with your order if it’s to-go. My experiences have been good. Not sure about the others.

Food was good. And the staff was nice & friendly. The restaurant was a bit dirty. Unclean tables and condiment station.

The service was very poor. The ladies in the drive through we’re too busy playing on their phones to give me my order. I had to ask for each item as they kept«forgetting». Their service was lazy and rude when I asked for the items I had paid for.

How sad. I have not one time had an order come out correctly in the past year. I’ve been there maybe 6 – 7 times and they repeat everything back to me wrong. I correct it but still get something crazy. Two days ago I asked for«a baked potato, plain with lemon slices». He repeated back to me «potato w extra butter?» I corrected him and when I got the potato it had chopped lettuce(yuk) all over the spud. Really? Maybe they’re just smart alec’s, I dunno. But it’s always something. Everyone is about 16 there w no manager in sight. Dave would not be pleased.

This restaurant was recently remodeled, and it looks great on the outside, but our drive-thru experience last night has implored me to update my review. I’ve rarely had a dry burger at Wendy’s, but this time, my wife and I both ended up with one. She had the Baconator, and I had the Son of Baconator. Both were overly dry and could have used some additional mayo. Unfortunately, the highlight(lowlight?) of the experience was the server at the window, who seemed in a rush to get us on our way, and explained somewhat impatiently«it’s in the bag» to my separate queries about straws and napkins, only to find that there was one straw(we had two drinks). I’m betting that this was just a bad moment, but it was my moment and Wendy’s didn’t live up to the standards I’ve come to expect.

I hadn’t been here in 13 years because they made me so mad then that I swore I’d never go back. So I decided I could give them another try, after all, 13 years is a long time and I do like Wendy’s as a rule. And surely the staff has changed? Well, it didn’t change much. The food was ok but the service was non-existent. After being asked for my order, I started and got out 1 item before the order taker turned around to flirt with her ‘boyfriend’ who was working there as well. After shooting him a few glares, he motioned for her to get back to finish taking my order. But why on earth should I be glaring at the help? oh right, ‘the help’ is the wrong word. She went from ‘happy go lucky I have the best boyfriend in the world’ to ‘how dare you interrupt my flirting!’. I am tired of poor service. My order was wrong — oh no surprise there — but it was edible. And of course, even though I went inside, my order was to go. So that made the frustration increase. Long story short — it will be at least another 13 years before I ever go to this location again. In the past 13 years, I’ve been to Wendy’s 3 – 4 times at other locations with no complaints. The new burgers look great on tv but I’ll skip them since there are a lot of burger places around.

I’ve eaten the Grilled Chicken sandwich a few times recently. The chicken is consistantly flavorful, moist, cooked just right.

I love everything about this restaurant except for the fact that they took the cookie dough frosty off the menu. What were they thinking?!?
