Best pizza in DFW and north Texas. Closest pizza sauce and crust to northern Italy you’ll ever find. Great staff, like family.

Pizza ingredients are fresh and servers are always friendly. They have a decent wine menu to go with their dishes. Nice place for a pizza or classic Italian meal. I would say it is very casual atmosphere for dinner/lunch after shopping.

The pizza here is great and the service. The crust is unique and the pizza sauce you can tell is 100 percent tomatoes! I love the black olives they actually have flavor! Overall I’m coming back

This was our first time at this restaurant. This was the best Pizza I have at since leaving Boston. We had the Margarita Pizza with fresh tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil. The crust was exceptional thin crust not soggy. It was perfect and a wood fired brick oven. Any time I want the best Pizza this is our place. Happy National Pizza Day.

Went here during dinner time and it was okay. I had a lobster lasagna special and didn’t like much. My friend had a pizza and it was good. The services were friendly and nice. Will be back to try out other things.

Summary: Nice atmosphere, few pizzas on the menu, bland food. More detail: Walking in, the interior is nice, leaning towards a more formal style. The menu is broad, broader than a pure pizzeria. The number of pizzas on the menu is very limited, around 6 if I remember correctly, which I think is limited for a place that advertises itself as a pizzeria. You do have an opportunity to define your own pizza. I think it is great that they have a proper pizza oven, so I had high expectations for the food. Alas, it was nothing special. The pizza dough could have used some salt, it was generally tasteless. The toppings were a little skimped on and made little effort to overshadow the dough. I also tried the steak sandwich, which needed a generous helping of salt and pepper to tickle the tastebuds.

This place is excellent! I’ve been there 3 times so far & all 3 times haven’t failed me. Atmosphere is cozy & intimate — great place for a 1st date, family dinner, or a girls night out for pizza & wine. Service can be slow during the busy times(which is expected) but the food makes up for it. Their pizza is one of the best wood oven pizzas I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place!

This place is amazing! I’m no expert in the Italian culture or what is considered authentic Italian cuisine, but I can only imagine this is as close as it will get. Everything was delicious, I used to go all the time on my break and get their lunch special(pasta and salad) unfortunately they got rid of that special. I usually get the ravioli and mixed salad with candied pecans. That salad was to die for! The portion sizes look like they’re a bit smaller, but trust me it is just enough food! I’ve never had a bad experience going to this place. Their waitstaff is always friendly and attentive!

The waiter was quick and very attentive, I had forgotten my cake and as we left, he came out and gave me my cake. Saved my breakfast. The interior is very nice and is a great place for a nice meal. The pizza is the BEST!!! Me and my family think that this is the best wood-fire around and would pick it over any other pizza. The crème brûlée was the perfect thickness and was cooked to perfection. The chocolate mousse cake was exquisite, it was a very nice balance of milk and dark chocolate and was very smooth.

Love the eggplant parmigiana here, the noddles are not part of the plate but it’s not needed. I also think the tiramisu is very good and has that nice coffee flavor. The Mediterranean pizza is a favorite. The atmosphere is nice.

I went here once before Christmas. The make server was super delightful and patient with my family. Everything was up to par. I especially enjoyed the spaghetti with meat sauce, simple but it was very satisfying. I ordered it Togo today 01/10/16,instead of having meat sauce I got meat balls when I opened it. I personally dislike meatballs so I ended up throwing it away and just ate the spaghetti by itself. Maybe the worker didn’t hear me right, that doesn’t bother me as much as them giving me burnt bread sighs. One side was black, how am I supposed to eat it? It’s okay I forgive you. I will definitely come back again whenever I’m in town.

We really like the chicken parm. We have had a few other things on the menu but it is the best thing on there. The pizza is good as well. I would give it more stars if the other items on the menu were as good. Don’t get me wrong the chicken parm is really good. For dessert it is the lemon cello cake. It is really good. Cannoli is good as well. I would not recommend the bread pudding. The service is always good. We come often, but we usually know what we are going to have before we walk in the door.

Shared a chopped salad and small meatball pizza with kalamata olives and artichokes with my daughter for lunch. Salad was very tasty with a tangy dressing. Lettuce in chopped salad was not CHOPPED. While it didn’t affect the taste, this was more of a tossed salad. Pizza was very good. Next time, we’ll add fresh mozzarella too. Small pizza was in 6 slices, so we could’ve easily feed a third person. Sweet tea was overly sweet. Atmosphere was very mellow, great music playing, dining area is intimate and clean.

This pizzeria is really delicious and luxurious! I had a Mediterranean pizza made with fresh ingredients and baked in a fire wood oven. I would definitely recommend this place, it’s really fancy for a pizzeria plus their pizza are awesome! FOOD: 5⁄5 SERVICE: 4⁄5 AMBIANCE: 5⁄5

Dropping by for a late lunch and I was not disappointed! Our waiter was kind and quick with drink orders. I’ve seen this place busy on Saturday nights, but around 3 on a Sunday there was a light crowd. The location is great in The Village; next to a few other restaurants and some shops not too far. The only disappointment was no bread was served, unusual for an Italian restaurant, but the food really lived up! I kept it simple and ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, and it was amazing! It tasted so fresh, delicious, and flavorful. The spaghetti did come with a few slices of bread on the side which was nice. Also, our food came out very quick, maybe under 10 minutes! I would recommend this to anyone in the area who wants a casual, but classy place.

Excellent! I absolutely loved this place and cannot wait to come back soon. We came here for dinner on a Friday night and enjoyed our time for sure. Pros: + Amazing duck — I can’t remember the last time I had such a perfectly roasted piece + Eggplant Parmesan — okay, I know whenever vegetarians go to an Italian restaurant this is probably one of the only dishes you can get. But I assure you, their eggplant will blow your mind! + Pannacotta dessert was a perfect end to a meal! It was so light and airy. Highly recommend it! Cons: — I really wish they served more wines by the glass. The majority of ones I would have wanted were sold only by the bottle.

Hmmmm. Someone said horrible food, and these were frozen raviolis… must have been reviewing a different restaurant. The only thing frozen here is the ice. I came in for lunch, expecting to order a quick sandwich, but saw right away that the menu has homemade ravioli at MP. The waiter said Portabella and cheese with Pork Belly. See pic. Presentation was awesome. So much for a simple lunch. Very yummy. Ravioli was as fresh as any I’ve ever had(including watching it made in front of me). The pork was tasty, crisp and tender. Flavor of the sauce was not overpowering, or loaded with garlic. Very fresh ingredients. Nat King Cole, Frank, Bocelli, etc on the radio… this place belongs beside a little quaint street… definitely a hidden gem. Bordering on 5 stars. I’ll have to try it again and re-evaluate.

Excellent food, excellent service, excellent price! As said earlier, this is an Italian restaurant with a wood fired oven. I had the Prix Frei menu and is was great — Caesar salad and chicken piccata. With chocolate chip cannoli for desert. I paid the extra $ 5 for a glass of the house Pinot Grigio and had a cappuccino to cap it off. All in all an excellent, aromatic meal.
