I love their pizza. You can taste the quality, housemade ingredients such as the dough, cheese, sauce and toppings. Their cannolis are excellent because they use the best cheese. Whether by the slice or ordering a whole pizza, you can’t get IMO better pizza anywhere.

Have to agree with Nino A. Burned. too dark. Hard crust. Sad. Was so hopeful. Best pizza is at exchange and angel by the Little Walmart but am blanking on name.

I do not like to give bad reviews. My wife and I walked into the restaurant today June 3, 2016 around 1 pm. We had a craving for some NY pizza. The girl who took our order was very nice and everyone there seemed nice. I ordered 2 cheese slices with a soft drink for $ 5, and my wife ordered one slice of supreme and a soft drink. I asked the girl not to heat my slices up too much because I do not like it hot, my wife is the same way. What I got was two cheese slices and one supreme that looked like were placed on a skillet with butter and heated up too much(Over cooked). The bottom crust was so hard we had a very hard time cutting the pizza with the plastic knives. After struggling to cut and eat this pizza, we gave up. My wife gave up as well. We took what was left and gave it back to the employee at the counter. Told them the Pizza was awful and that this was not NY pizza. He asked me where I was from, I told him Queens NY. We were not offered our money back(That’s ok it was only$ 11 total…) I“m not sure if this was a one time thing, but there are too many pizza places in Allen to have to fight to eat your pizza. I wish them well.

One of my favorite spots to grab some pizza. They have by the slice available, and super affordable deals when you get a combo(2 slices and a drink or one slice, salad and a drink), they even sell their pizzas in the same XL size they make for the by the slice orders… One of those is like 2 feet across and I only paid about $ 20 for one with pepperoni. Bonus discount if you work at the mall nearby. Super sweet owners, and staff is friendly too. Def worth the trip(:

The pizza was great and the owners were super friendly too! The cheese to sauce to toppings ratio seemed fine to me. These folks make their food from scratch, including the sauce. I hope this business does well. My only suggestion would be to maybe have a bell at the ordering counter so the employees know if a customer is waiting.

Awesome pizza. 15 people in our party and everyone enjoyed it. We were staying at the Hampton across the street, they brought it over when they said they would. They are very friendly.

I ordered a small spaghetti and 1 slice of pizza to be delivered. They said they’d be here from 2 – 2:15 and they got here right at two. Delivery guy was nice and polite. Fast and food was still warm, which is good. Got a bottle of water and it was cold. The food was okay, which is why I only gave 3 stars. I wouldn’t eat it if I had a choice.(This was really mg only opyion at the time.) The spaghetti was bland, and the pizza tasted somewhat sweet? Not sure if that’s what a NY pizza tastes like or not. The sizes were good. The prices were good. All in all– give it a try, you may like it. I probably won’t order from here again though.

This place has nice owners. I question the staff they have hired. The food was just okay. There was nothing mind blowing about it. Owners 5⁄5 Staff 2⁄5 Food 3 ½ /5 The breakdown. Order was messed up by a guy who could really care less if he was there or not. They had to recook the pasta because the guy that took the order didn’t listen. Pizza was slightly burned and would have been better for someone that wanted a pizza extra crispy. The sauce was light and needed more of it. The dough was good. Toppings weren’t sparse but they seemed rather conservative with the toppings. The cheese was light and there could have been more cheese put on the pizza. I would be hard pressed to drive 15 miles to revisit this place. The only thing that kept this place from getting lower than 3 stars was the caring and nice owners.

We ordered the large pizza. It was half supreme and half pepperoni. The wait was going to be a little longer than normal. So we were given some garlic rolls, while we waited. They garlic rolls were very yummy with the marinara sauce. When the pizza arrive it was definitely worth the wait. It tasted awesome! The crust was nice and chewy. The ingredients on the supreme were nice and fresh. We will definitely be going back.

Great Pizza place. They had some of the best pizza I’ve had in the area and the service is pretty good. Recommend this place to anyone looking for something to eat. No problems at all with the establishment!

It’s a good place if you’re looking for some place to get pizza by the slice. The pizza is okay not the best I’ve had. They need to work a little better on taking orders. While we were there they messed up two people’s pizzas. One was a veggie pizza and they put pepperoni on it. They technically deliver, but it’s through Grubhub.

Don’t bother. The pizza had no flavor and took an hour to get to me after being told it would take 35 – 40 min. The service was also not that great.

I’m pretty disappointed. The dominos caliber pizza and calzone make them a 3⁄5 at best. Tack on late delivery, forgetting half the order, and the fact that it was vastly overpricing, and you have a «one and done» customer here. They were polite and acknowledged their mistake is about the only reason I gave them a 2 star. After the second delivery driver showed up he offered no apology only the words«sauces and 2 liter». When I opened the 2 liter coke it exploded as if it had been purposely shook up before delivery. That’s why I reduced it to a 1 star. Look elsewhere for a quality pie.

I have visited the establishment multiple times. I love their pizza. They make their pizza with a unique crust. Their owner has a passion to make his customers happy. Give me a slice of pie anytime with these guys.

Okay so after driving past this location multiple times and turning my nose up at the idea of an establishment being so brazen as to name their pizza shop NY Pizza I met the owner Nora, Nora was very sweet when I met her at racetrac and I pretty much grilled her on her restaurant. Why the name? Who’s recipes do you use? Are you from NY? etc. Nora was very patient and encouraged me to give it a try so upon my next visit to Allen I decided to order a large pepperoni pizza. Here is my honest feedback on the pie. crust; If a NY bagel and a pizza pie had a baby this crust would be it, chewy and dense, I thoroughly enjoyed it. My only complaint is that it was not crispy enough. On my next visit I will ask for it to be done for a few minutes longer. sauce; sauce was a tad salty, this seems to be an ongoing complaint in Unilocal topping: pepperoni added to the saltiness of the pie but the portions were generous and the quality of the meat was superb cheese; the cheese was very sparse on the pie, maybe ask for extra cheese if you like the stringiness of mozzarella on your pie. All in all I’d definitely be back to try some other things on the menu. My husband is a huge chicken parm fan and Nora said she’d make us some Zeppolles since we can’t find those anywhere in TX.

As a New Yorker, this reminds me of cheap dollar pizza you get back home. Not worth the time or the money. The marinara that they served with the garlic knots was definitely cooked in a pan that was scorched on the bottom.

I’m a native New Yorker. I ordered the New York special. The pizza was just ok, in my opinion. The best part was the crust, which was perfect. As for the toppings, too light on the cheese and too salty. The pizza was also very overpriced in a saturated market. They will have trouble I suspect making it. The pizza also took too long. I probably wouldn’t visit again all things considered.

My family loves pizza and pasta and this place does both exceptionally. The buffalo chicken pizza was delicious and not too spicy. Also, their homemade marina sauce is the best I’ve had. Will definitely be coming back next time were in the area.

I sooo wanted to love this pizza joint. It said NY Pizza on the front… AND the owner and the people working in there were incredibly hospitable and so gracious. Lovely owner and I can tell they are really trying to make this place succeed. I hope it does because I’m all about a small business thriving. The crust is great. The sauce is not a NY sauce. I know… I’m a former NYer. Something in this sauce has made it sweet. Either garlic has been roasted or caramelized or something… as it tastes like it’s not as fresh… but a layered flavor with sweetness. The pizza we had could use more cheese too… but overall, crust was great, toppings were generous. Sauce… sorry, no can do. That sauce should be tart and tangy and when melted with the taste should have it’s own aroma. Not feeling it here. Nevertheless… if they are reading this post… I want them to know to maybe try other places in the nearby area that have the sauce down. Grimaldi’s does, the pizzaeria in the Allen Outlet Mall food court does, Brooklyn’s does… and I WANT them to too. This could be such a great spot… just fix the sauce.

Stopped by here for a slice before hitting up the outlets. They also sell pizza by the slice and have many options besides your standard cheese or pepperoni. Pizza was really good and tasted fresh! And the owners are so nice and friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely wonderful pizza! Fresh, handmade crust that is the best ever. Great toppings and perfectly baked. They deliver within a five mile radius too. Can’t say enough about this place. Great place for a bite to eat when shopping at the Allen Outlet Mall, since it is right in the complex, acroos from the Hampton Inn.

I absolutely LOVE this place! The pizza is phenomenal! I’ve been here 4 times so far and every time the pizza has been delicious! They have great daily specials and a menu that will have something to satisfy the entire family. If you’ve been to New York then you will know this is the real deal. If you haven’t this restaurant is a great place to taste your first New York Pizza. The owner is very friendly and the ambiance of the restaurant is very vibrant and always clean. Unfortunately this place is a bit out of the way for me to come as often as I would like. But it is definitely worth the drive. Also if you live closer than me they do deliver! You MUST come and check this place out.

Decided to give this place a try as I was driving by, needed something quick and easy. 2 slices of pepperoni and a drink for $ 5.99 can’t be beat! Nice crispy thin crust, excellent sauce and good toppings! Will definetly be back!
