Other than being difficult to find, technician that did the MRI was excellent. Process took about a half hour. Total time there was an hour because you do not have the opportunity to complete the paperwork before you get there which would be very nice. No one looks at in anyway.

Brought my daughter in today at doctor’s request for a sore ankle. The entire staff was professional and helpful. The facility is clean and comfortable. They offered drinks and snacks. The whole process from check in to exiting took around 30 minutes. The xray technician was gentle and took his time talking to my daughter and helping her feel comfortable.

This place is a joke! Unprofessional, rude, talking bad about patients at front desk and chose to charge me $ 465.00 for a MRI and then tell me I would have to wait hours for my MRI bc I was 10 min late. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!! Asked how long, girl at front said I was next-​then Took 3 patients booked after me that walked in hrs later 6:30 appointment but will not see me till 8:45 really!?? I was late because it’s impossible to find in the dark. Don’t go here: plenty of other great places in Plano for imaging. Restroom Filthy too.

Very caring, understanding and professional. I would recommend this facility to anyone. They get extra points for having Saturday hours. Very hard to find any professional services with Saturday or evening hours for those of us who work Monday — Friday.
