We love this place. The food is really great. The pizza’s are made to order and the kids really enjoy them. The atmosphere is welcoming and the play great Italian music… Just loud enough to hear but not too loud to be distracting… I think it subliminally enhances the Italian feel

I ordered there twice already and both times were not thrilled for the food. The first time was for a calzone which was tasteless. For a calzone seriously!
The second time was for a pasta that was too salty and way too much sauce on it. Almost to make up for the missing ingredients in the calzone! I hope they can average the two things out and keep the quality consistent!

Delivery took the usual delivery time, but the pasta was insanely bland :(I tried it again almost a year later with the same result. Sorry napolis, I tried v_​v meatballs were flavorless also :(

Seriously, it is so good and the service is amazing! The owners are so legit, I just can’t even explain how welcomed we felt when we came in to eat here. I really feel like it’s worth it to walk in. We also love their delivery! I think I have done that like three times in two months! Hahahah!
The food is good. Extremely solid and very consistent. Their red sauce I could drink by itself. It’s like the perfect mix of sweet yet savory with a full body flavor. And oh mylanta, their scarparela sauce is to die for! And their breads… you can’t even get me started on their breads. Just order it, it’s worth it! The crusty with the soft insides…*drool* Honestly, we started with their strombolis and have literally gotten something new every time.
The price, you seriously are getting such a bargain. $ 10-​$ 12 for REAL food that is made from scratch and the portions are huge!!! Worth it! So worth it!
Our go to neighborhood joint when we are hungry except on Mondays because they are closed!

In our opinion the best casual Italian restaurant in Allen. The pasta is always perfectly cooked, the side bread is a second meal on its own. The waitresses are always helpful and nice. The calzones (calzoni) are delicious, ‘decadent’. And we still need to try the pizza!

It’s simple Italian fare. Hubs loves their stromboli & claims they’re the best. I prefer their lasagna. It’s simple. Over the years, it seems the portion size has shrunk. I used to get 2 dinners out of the lasagna. Service is good & the staff friendly.

Been going here for 9 years and lately the service quality has gone down hill. We always order to go/​pick up food. Our last 3 orders have been completely wrong. We are so torn. We love their food, but we hate getting home and having the wrong food. We sucked it up the first two times and went back the third to speak of the issue. The owner could not have cared less.

I’ve been coming to Napoli’s for years and its the first place I visit whenever im in town. The pizza is New York style and me personal favorite out of all the pizza places Ive been to all over the world. I love the pizza and the salads, but everything Ive tried there was good. The wait staff and manager are all guinuinely nice folks who are actually glad to see you. They are like family after awhile. The music is awesome as well. my favorite is the «Rat Pack» and Jazz music. They also have a small bar which looks nice but really isnt a hangout spot. Napolis totally rocks and deserves my highest rating!

My family and I eat her at least once a week if not more. It is family owned and every time im in there the owner is there working hard as well as his employees. The food is amazing. We have yet to eat anything that wasnt good. If you do get something you dont like than the owner says he will make you something else on him. The owner always walks around to check on customers and greet them. Awsome!!!

My family and I love this place we eat at Napoli’s at least once a week it is alway great. The owner is the nicest man very friendly as well as our sweet waitress we always use! Delicious Italian food at a great price!

I love this place! Awesome Italian food and a casual chill environment. The people are so friendly like family. Plus the rolls are life changing.

Our waitress was a little awkward. She made it seem like we were obligated to put two tables together to fit our party. Not only that she kept trying to talk to us like we were friends. Hope the next time I go to eat there that she won’t be my waitress.

I’m a regular and get the Chicken Carciofi most of the time. Comes with garlic rolls. Everything I’ve had there is amazingly good, and the wait staff is super friendly.

Had a nice Italian meal with my family. Good prices and very friendly staff as well as delicious food. I ordered their cheese pizza. It was absolutely delicious with the perfect amount of cheese and sauce. The crust was perfect just like a New York style pizza. My hubby ordered the lasagna and he enjoyed that as well. I liked the rolls but if you can add some garlic to the rolls that would be better. Other than that, we enjoyed it a lot. Seems like a nice mom and pop resturant.

We’re from northeast PA visiting relatives. We ordered pizza based on my son’s recommendation. We were blown away by the quality of your pizza. It was absolutely delicious. My son said it’s the closest pizza he’s found to pizza from the Northeast. And I agree!

Love going to Napolis for Italian. Pizza is wonderful. The rolls are too good to pass up and pasta is fantastic. Great little family owned place that we love to go to.

When it comes to Italian food this is Allen’s best kept secret. Great service & great food. I only found this place when I asked a lady what is the best restaurant in Allen. I am glad I asked. Have a nice selection of wine by glass or bottle as well as beer.
Place seems to be packed with locals.

Good pizza and terrific sandwiches. Great customer service and friendly staff. Been going here for the last 10 years as it was the first pizza joint we found near our home back in ’04 (when Allen didn’t have much to choose from). Kept this place in the rotation of pizza joints just because the service is always good but their sandwiches are just amazing. Favorites are the meatball or the chicken parmigiana — can’t decide. Finally got my picky 15-​year old to eat a sandwich and he couldn’t believe how good it was (or that his old man knew something he didn’t!).
