The best! Dr Mostofi and his team take great care of their patients. He is not heavy on the x-​rays which is a huge plus for me.

I came here for a second opinion after my husband raved about how wonderful his experience was. I am NEVER going back to my previous dentist of 20 years. My teeth had never been cleaned so thoroughly, I appreciated the one on one care and education, and how conservative they are! Thank you Ruthie and Dr. Mostofi!

I’ve had lots of different dentists over the years, and Dr. Mostofi and his team are by far the best. They treat you like you’re family, they never push for any cosmetic procedures that would cost you an arm and a leg, and they work with you to make sure that everything you’re doing is for the benefit of your health. I recommend him to anyone that I know that’s looking to get any work done.

I went to Dr Mostofi’s office for a cleaning and exam. He told me I had a cavity that needed to be treated. I could not see or feel this cavity and decided to wait and consult with another dentist. I told Dr Mostofi I was not going to get the filling done by him and he acted as though he did not like me questioning his opinion. I didn’t appreciate his attitude, or his fragile ego. The next dentist I saw said there is NO CAVITY. My tooth never had a cavity and it is fine a year later. I don’t trust him.

We have been coming here for years, Dr. Mostofi and his staff are amazing! He is a very caring, personable and honest. The front desk young lady Irene is a wonderful person. Highly recommend his office, nothing but wonderful things about this dentist.

Echoing many of the other reviewers here, my experience at Dr. Mostofi’s office was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. It is beyond refreshing to be in such an energetic, enthusiastic, and (above all) warm-​hearted office, fueled by a team that truly takes pride in their work. Each of the people that works here clearly loves what they do; they are extremely accommodating and really take the time to get to know you and your personal history, constantly reminding you that they listen, and want nothing more than for you to be as comfortable as possible in the present and in the long-​term. Ruthie is absolutely amazing — by far one of the best hygienists I’ve ever had work on my teeth. She is so careful and meticulous (my teeth stain very easily and she did a fabulous job removing everything), and she loves making her patients happy! (I was so happy after my time with her!) I also had three cavities filled by Dr. Mostofi (a couple of which were a bit complicated), and it was quick and painless. I was overjoyed when I left. Dr. Mostofi is skilled, professional, efficient, and like others have said, very honest. I have been to many different dentists in Orange County and I recommend Dr. Mostofi and his team without reservation. He is by far the best — I wish I could give him and his staff six stars!

The stars say it all, and they’re well deserved. Dr. Mostofi is a professional, patient, and kind dentist. He takes the time to ensure you understand your treatment (and your teeth) completely. His staff are friendly, professional, and gentle. My first cleaning at Dr. Mostofi’s office was no doubt the most comfortable cleaning I have ever had! His instruments and tools are all top-​notch; you can tell Dr. Mostofi keeps up with the times. The office is beautiful and clean. Everything from the moment you walk in, to the moment you walk out has been carefully considered.
In full disclosure, Dr. Mostofi is a neighbor and friend. Many of our conversations involve his thoughts for his patients, and his daily, diligent study for how best to practice dentistry. It’s obvious that Dr. Mostofi cares deeply that he provides the absolute best possible care both personally, and by proxy through his staff.

I am one of those people who absolutely loves going to the dentist (rare, I know!). But even with all of my «dental enthusiasm,» I’ve had my fair share of mediocre experiences at the dentist’s office.
Dr. Mostofi and his staff are definitely THE BEST experience I’ve ever had at the dentist! The staff is extremely friendly and professional and they greet me by name each time I visit. Ruthie, the hygienist, is so sweet and I love chatting with her while getting my teeth cleaned:)
I love that Dr. Mostofi has a consultation with each of his patients in his office before even sitting them in the dental chair. I’m sure that helps even the most squeamish of folks to feel comfortable in his office. One thing that makes Dr. Mostofi so special, in my book, is that he will tell you up front that he will only recommend procedures that are necessary for your dental health. He told me that if I were to be interested in teeth whitening in the future, that I would have to let him know that because he would never recommend it on his own (since it is cosmetic and not a necessary procedure).

I love everything about this practice! I absolutely despise going to the dentist (like most people) but he makes the experience bearable. Michael Mostofi goes above and beyond to keep his practice at the highest of standards. His staff is also comprised of three incredibly sweet and helpful ladies who make sure your entire experience in the office is nothing shy of amazing. If you are looking for a dentist that does high quality work that he stands by and a positive dental experience I highly suggest contacting this office.

I never thought I’d be able to give a 5-​star review for a dentist, but Dr. Mostofi is truly highly skilled, well educated and HONEST. I have been looking for a skilled & honest dentist for 30 years (yes, I’m that old) and had become completely jaded and skeptical because of all of the rip-​offs I’ve experienced. Dozens of dentists have earned my lack of trust in them, pitiful. My mouth is not a personal gold mine for dentists. No sir, I’m not your vacation fund.
On to the good news, my first appointment with Dr. Mostofi was Nov 2014, a no-​charge consultation which was actually NO CHARGE. Great, then onto my cleaning by Ruthie — the best I’ve had in 7 years. After that Dr. Mostofi removed a very large old filling and installed a new filling — not a crown the another dentist said I needed — so major money saved there. Thank you Dr. Mostofi!
Consider your search for a good dentist a success and go to the very best — Dr. Mostofi! He is also young so we will be blessed with his skills, intelligence and impeccable ethics for many years to come.

Dr. Mostofi’s office is by far the best I’ve experienced in any medical setting. He’s super knowledgable and walks you through everything he does. Saved me a ton of money and his staff is nothing short of amazing. I went to him a few months back having not been to a dentist in a long time and he has help put me on the right track. Dr. Mostofi is the by far the best dentist I have ever had! He is always thorough and honest. He doesn’t try to sell you useless services or push unnecessary products. His gentle hand and genuine intentions always make me feel like I am getting the best care possible.
The staff is always pleasant and personable. The Hygienist, Ruthie, is gentle and detailed with her cleanings. She didn’t lecture me about my less than perfect teeth, instead she educated me on flossing and brushing techniques that have been very beneficial.

Dr. Mostofi is an incredible dentist with tremendous medical knowledge and impeccable bedside manners. He has a keen, analytical mind and is able to make brilliant and insightful deductions when examining his patients. This is an invaluable skill, for any medical professional, because every patient is different and it takes an astute and experienced doctor to give a proper diagnosis. I also appreciate that Dr. Mostofi is something of a tech buff and prefers to keep updated on the latest and greatest medical tools, provided, of course, that they are practical and add real value to the practice.
It is worth noting that Dr. Mostafi specializes in restorative work, often repairing the damage done by neglectful or incompetent dentists. I confess that I was the victim of a well-​meaning, but perhaps under-​skilled dentist who at times did me as much harm as good. I am thankful that Dr. Mostafi accepted me as a patient and was quick to start unraveling the damage that had been done. He is an outstanding doctor and other patients whom I’ve spoken to profess to traveling great distances to see him.
Dr. Mostofi makes himself available to his patients and recognizes the importance of patient education and trust in promoting long-​term health. He has all the characteristics of a good doctor – his appointments are kept on time, his work is thorough, he is communicative, and his staff are pleasant and hold themselves to high standards. It inspires the confidence you should have in anyone to whom you entrust with your health.
If you are currently seeing a dentist who seems nonchalant, has a disorganized office, and a staff whose morale is low and turnover is high, leave now! Head to Dr. Mostofi, or another equally qualified professional if you can find one, because your health is too important to leave in the hands of someone who doesn’t take your best interests to heart.

I’ve been to NUMEROUS dentists in my life time. When I was growing up my parents took me to some of the most incompetent dentists, many of whom were friends of the family. Unilocal wasn’t around when I was a kid, let alone the internet, so even the most ludicrous and incompetent dentists could practice and make a living. As an adult, I went through my fair share of dentists, ranging from horrible to excellent. Yes, I’ve suffered through many many painful sessions. Just like a lot of people, I absolutely hated going to the dentist.
Dr. Mostofi is one of the two dentists who I consider to be «masters of the trade». The other dentist, believe it or not, was a military dentist who treated me when I was in the service. Dr. Mostofi is extremely professional and most importantly, he is competent! He definitely knows what he is doing. He listens to your concerns, plans out the details, and executes them to the «T». I especially appreciate the fact that he is honest and that he genuinely cares for his patients. I also like his philosophy in regards to saving the tooth at all cost, unlike many of the quack dentists who will extract a tooth just deepen their pockets.
It’s also very refreshing to see professionals who enjoy their work. I believe that people are able to enjoy their profession when they are happy with their lot in life but most importantly, when one is good at what they do. Not only is Dr. Mostofi a gifted dentist, he is also very pleasant to work with. From the front desk receptionist to Dr. Mostifo’s assistants, everyone is very pleasant and caring. Everyone seems to be genuinely happy to work there. I feel blessed to have him as our family dentist. This one is a keeper!

Dr. Mostofi is an excellent and honest dentist. Met with him recently and he talked me out of veneers because he said I did not need them. This was after another dentist had highly recommended veneers to me. It’s refreshing to meet a dentist that cares about doing quality work rather than selling unnecessary expensive procedures. Added bonus– extremely clean and organized office and great staff.

I went to Dr. Mostafi after buying a Groupon for teeth cleaning. I was really looking for an honest dentist and had not been in years because I felt as if I was getting scammed every where I went. Dr. Mostofi was very thorough and has repaired and replaced many problems with my teeth including new front crowns that were in bad shape. I have sent him several referrals since my experience has been so good! My family highly recommends Dr. Mostafi!

After having a bad experience with a previous dentist who did a «laser cleaning» on my teeth, I went to see Dr. Mostofi. The dental hygenist did a fantastic job and my teeth felt very clean.
I had a few cavities that were filled and Dr. Mostofi did an excellent job and it was pain free. You can tell that he takes pride in what he does and in his practice, and I am happy that I found the right place and no longer have to hop from dentist to dentist. My father and step mom also go here and are very happy as well.

Dr. Mostofi is such an amazing Dentist! he hears you out, checks you clearly, understands what is it to be a doctor that listens to what you need for teeth, he is seriously amazing! and his staff!!! WOW! I mean WOW! beyond excellent!
