Our services include building design, construction consulting, and LEED consulting. We provide management of new construction, relocation and maintenance of your buildings, as well as outlining your construction plan and maintenance of your properties.

For assistance in property search and assessment, architectural and interior designs, contractors bid assistance as well as green building (LEED) certification.

History

Established in 2001.

Worked in Japanese architectural office prior to moving to the US. Frequent visit to Japan keep us updated with what’s going on there as well.

Became LEED (Leader in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited professionals in 2003 to pursue eco-​friendly design. Received LEED Silver certification for Miyako Hybrid Hotel in Torrance, CA.
