History

Established in 2004.

Crux Studio has been serving clients with top level architectural design talent and service in the greater Los Angeles area since early 2004. The owners, Mark Smeaton and Becky Thompson have combined experience of over forty years in an array of projects including childcare centers, hillside residential, commercial office space, industrial buildings and an assortment of residential and commercial remodeling programs.

Meet the Business Owner

Mark S.

Business Owner

Mark is a Graduate of Cal Poly Pomona School of Architecture and an active member of the American Institute of Architects. He has experience as a Design Director and Project Architect in many commercial and residential projects over twenty five years. His hobbies include photography, hiking and fly fishing but his greatest passion has always been for design. He brings his considerable talent, creativity, technical experience and desire to get the job done right to every project.
