WPK is a great business. Josh came out the next day to fix my dryer. He quoted me a price up front. It was quite fair! Josh sent me an invoice instantly. He included a link so I could pay online. VERY simple and clear. A great repair, strong communication and a fair price. Thanks Josh. I could not be happier. I wish there were more people out there like you. Keep up the good work.

Call center rep was friendly. Technician arrived during two-​hour window. He identified the problem with my dryer in literally two seconds. He replaced the worn part in twelve minutes and was out the door. The cost was about what I was expecting. I am glad I did my research and found this company. I almost called Sears Home Services, but thankfully the Unilocal reviews dissuaded me from doing so. I highly recommend WPK!

The best in the business without a doubt! Came across WPK through a home warranty company but I would not even hesitate a minute to give them all my appliance repair business from this point forward.
The knowledge that WPK represents regarding the repair and function of appliances is beyond comparison. The service is prompt and done with confidence. My appliances range from high end to standard and WPK knows the in’s and out’s of them all.
If you need appliance repair and need it done by a trustworthy and knowledgeable company (and who doesn’t), I highly recommend them.

These guys were great my phone call was promptly returned and they were able to make it the same day i called for nothing extra. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable, all our fridge needed was some frost removed from the vents and a few minor adjustments. He was here maybe 20 minutes and all he charged was the $ 59 to come out which is a great price for that as i was seeing and hearing up to 139. I highly recommend them.

I Called WPK out to service my Thermador Oven. Josh came out and found the issue with my fan and ordered the part for me. within a week he came back to replace the part. My wife was home during the replacement of the part and we thought all was well. I never checked on the repair to make sure all was ok until apx. 3 weeks after the part was installed which happened to be the day before x-​mas eve. My stove did not work correctly, I called Josh Monday first thing in the morning about the issue. He was very busy that day but promised me he would come out on xmas eve to fix the issue. Sure enough, he was at my home the time he promised. Fixed my stove, stuck around to make sure it was ok. I was very impressed with his follow up service. I was worried that he would not come thru due to past experiences with other repairmen on other issues in my home. He made sure we were good for xmas. Great service. Highly recommend him.

After being told by eight different appliance repair companies that they don’t work on American Range ovens, came across WPK.
Josh was at my house within two hours on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Finished the repair in under an hour and total charge was less than $ 200.00 including parts.
A+++ service; Great guy! My «Go To» company for all things related to repairing appliances. A customer for life!

WOW! I called and within an hour I had the glass replaced on my oven door and the handle fixed on my freezer. Excellent service and a great guy, highly recommended.
