My bosses tipped me off about Dr. Olech, whom they trust with their own pets as well as their store full of exotic animals. Previously I had a bad experience with a different vet who saw my dog and recommended surgery without much explanation. Dr. Olech took time out of his busy day to call me in the evening, talk me through the problems my dog was experiencing, explain my options, give me advice that considered my dog’s well-​being and my finances, and refer me to the best surgeon for the job. I am now receiving similarly wonderful treatment from that surgeon and feeling 100% better about my dog’s care. I will also be seeing Dr. Olech in the future for care of my 3 reptiles. Pets are family, and their medical care can be very stressful to negotiate, so I am truly grateful for the expertise and referrals I have received from Chicagoland Mobile Veterinary Services.

These guys are fantastic! My turtle of 27 years swallowed a piece of gravel that became lodged in his intestines. After a less than reassuring appointment with another vet, I called Dr. Olech for a second opinion. He and his staff took the time to speak with me, understand the problem, and even request and review the existing xray. He offered advise and a path forward while working with me to keep the cost down. My memories of this turtle started when I was five years old; I’ve had him almost my entire life and Dr. Olech truly understood how I was feeling. Thank you for helping Mr. T!

Dr. Olech came to visit my box turtle for an annual visit and it was the best decision I ever made! He was very kind and happy on the phone and has hours that you cannot schedule at a typical vet. Also I have gone to other vets for my turtles and it is very stressful for them in the car and I do not like to take them out in cold weather in case of a respiratory infection. It was the perfect option to have Dr. Olech come to my house because my turtle was more comfortable. It was also great to have him look at the enclosure and provide suggestions and double check that everything looks good. I also liked that he brings all of the equipment with him and he was VERY thorough and checked things that no other vet has (such as heart rates and breathing). He was also VERY fairly priced and it was an added bonus not to have to leave and stress out my animal! I will definitely be a LIFE-​LONG patient of Dr. Olech, he is truly an amazing vet and very knowledgeable on reptiles !!!

Anybody looking for a vet in the Chicagoland area can stop now. Dr. Olech has treated many of my animals, each with great results. Not to mention the great follow up. Even after the animal has finished treatment, Dr. Olech will call to make sure everything is going well. His mobile hours and very reasonable prices make for a veterinary experience that will not leave you wanting.
