3⁄15 I have been going to Dr. Nguyen for about 10 yrs. She is good but she can make the appt about her and not about your needs thru out the years. sometimes I would not even ask a question cause I know she will say no. Stupit me for staying so long. I called the office one day to see if I could get a order for some blood test. Now! just to let you know she is a doctor that doesn’t like to call you back regarding any questions. The receptionist explain to me that she will let the Dr. know, regarding the order that I requested; and that I can drop by the next day to pick it up at the front desk. I get there to get the order and come to find out it wasn’t ready. So the desk clerk went in the back with the test paper I gave her; that my hair specialist(not a doctor) needed in order to know how to treat my hair that was thinning. The desk clerk told me to that the Dr. wanted me to wait to talk to me. Reminder: I had the clerk to call the Dr. in the back after a 30 minute wait. I waited 1 hour and then when she came out; she forgot I was waiting. I spoke to her briefly regarding the blood requisition from my hair specialist. She got upset and told me she is not writing the order which was common routine hormone test.;and to take the order that I have in my hand and to go get the test done. I explain to her it’s not a doctor’s order that why I m here to get an order from her. Then she said go to a dermatologist.(with attitude) So I said I do not want to got to a skin doctor, I coming to you because you are my primary physician. Then she said, well the lab will not pay for the test. I told her it doesn’t matter she is not paying for it either. I got the bill. She tried to find every excuse to help me by avoiding to give me a test order. Reminder! it’s all about her when she doesn’t agree with you. Then she had the audacity to tell me that she will think about it another time. I told her she was a bad doctor and it’s should be about the patient. I felt crushed and still haven’t got the test done and in I m in the process still looking for another doctor. I’m Done on to the next. Reminder it’s always a long wait. She is the only internal Dr. there and there is no Medical assistant, just the front desk lady that take your blood pressure and weight inside the office room. If she just wanted a co-payment for the blood work I would have give it to her. live and learn.

It’s not really a good sign when you walk into your doctors office, and almost every seat in the reception area is full. Are you scheduling appointments in 15 minute intervals? Are you constantly accepting new patients and pissing the old ones off? I can never get an appointment when I’m sick. If I need medicine quick, I better go to an urgent care facility or the emergency room with all of this overbooking going on. 2÷2÷12 I sign in 5 minutes before my 12:15 appointment time. After 30 minutes, nobody has said a thing to me about insurance or anything else…45 minutes, an hour has passed. At the one hour and fifteen minute mark, they have the nerve to say, «the doctor is running a little behind schedule». The office is warm and the receptionist has too much attitude if you ask a question. So today I have to see a different doctor because my doctor(Dr. Nguyen) is not there… again. After a couple of hours, I get my prescription for an antibiotic and leave the office. 2÷8÷12 I have an 8:45 appointment which is supposed to be the second appointment of the day. I ended up having to come back because the antibiotic prescribed made me sicker. I had some type of allergic reaction and was bed ridden for days. They take me back to the exam room at 9:30. Now I have to listen to a woman in the neighboring room tell the doctor what she thinks is wrong, as the doctor tells her that she needs to lose weight… this goes on for 30 minutes. Dr. Nguyen finally comes into my room at 10:15 and gives me a new prescription that would not kill me. I could have stayed in bed an extra hour. I’m changing my doctor.
