I needed a special glass project completed, and could not have been happier with their service, price and speed. I will definitely use them again to get another glass shower, and would highly recommend them!

Used this company after my moving company broke the glass for my coffee table. They’re very good professional people and enjoyed doing business with them. This was a small job of course and that’s good. Some companies won’t take on small jobs.

I brought a dresser mirror frame in to them on the morning of Thursday, ⁸⁄₂₈ needed the mirror replaced. The mirror was about 3’x3’, needed ¼″ glass installed. The girl at the desk originally quoted me at $ 165 — this was pretty high, I had gotten quotes that were much lower, and when I told her this she said they could do it for $ 143. Still more than I thought I should spend, but I was eager to get the mirror done, and this place had 4 stars, so I agreed. I paid in advance, and was told that it should be done by the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
Left town for the weekend, came back and called on Tuesday to check in. The girl told me that the glass had been cut and needed to be installed, should be ready Wednesday. I called back on Wednesday afternoon and was told that the glass had not been cut, and would be ready on Thursday or Friday. Didn’t hear anything by Friday morning, called back, and was told that it still was not done and wouldn’t be ready until Saturday.
At this point, it had been more than 5 business days, and it seemed unreasonable that I paid so much money to get the runaround. After consulting with some pals on the issue, I decided that it was best for to pick up the mirror frame, ask for a refund, and take my business elsewhere.
The one thing that redeemed them was that they did not put up a fight at all, and on Friday afternoon I stopped in to pick up the mirror frame and get my money back.
I took the mirror to their competitor Delray Glass & Mirror, got it there just before COB Friday 9/​5, got a call first thing this morning (Wednesday, ⁹⁄₁₀) that the job was done — and for $ 25 less than the $ 143 that Mirror & Glass charged me.
I understand that this was a small money job compared to what a lot of their other business must be, but I really did get an unnecessary runaround, and this was a terribly crummy experience. I will be sure to tell my friends about it.

Went in to look at glass for new kitchen cabinets. Met Mona who at first was extremely helpful. When I asked about glass that I liked, all of a sudden she wasn’t sure they had it, had to call to find out, etc. She never called, so I called her. After figuring out they didn’t have the glass she said they’d have to order it, changed the price on me then said she’d get back to me with the price, etc. Never called. Completely dropped the ball and lost a sale. Found Eleete Glass and got great service and panes.

Great customer service! Just needed simple piece of glass for over my coffee table. Nothing fancy. Prices reasonable. I was running late getting over to order the glass. Then I had trouble finding the place, it’s tucked away. The girl on the phone let me know they were supposed to close at 12p on Saturdays. It was 12:05pm. She said if I was close she would stay open. I was about 5 minutes away once I figured out where it was. So she waited and I got there 10 – 15 minutes late and ordered the glass. The order was pretty basic and only took a couple of days. When I picked up the glass the guy who put it in my car took extra special care to arrange it in the car safely. Overall, it was a pleasure to deal with this business. If I need anything in the future I will certainly go back. :)

The only reason these guys don’t get 5 stars is, the wretched «help» at the front desk. Our shower installation was quick and first-​rate, really tip-​top, actually. Our mirrors are perfect, and priced reasonably (OK, they doooo take their time…). However, the front desk people… don’t respond, don’t answer your emailed questions, and when you come in in person and their phone rings, you go to the back of the line (i e, you’re there, in person, ready to spend your hard-​earned $$, and someone else, sitting lazily on their butt, calls in on the telephone, butts into line ahead of you… I just never understood a business that puts a phone caller ahead of you, a live customer, there in person).
Bottom line: I’d use them again… but…I’ll be grinding my teeth while dealing with the *ssholes they hire to man their front desk.

Needed some glass made for my aquariums. Had it done the same day. Not even 30 minutes and they were ready. Very happy the work.

We ordered and had installed a frameless shower door from Mirror and Glass Center. We were replacing sliding glass shower doors. The Mirror and Glass Center did an excellent job. It is beautiful and we are very happy with the work and their service.

Horrible customer service — just horrible. The shower door we had installed started leaking immediately because they didn’t seal it properly. It took WEEKS for them to send someone out to fix it — despite DAILY phone calls TO them and false promises FROM them.
They came to fix it — said they did — but didn’t do ANYTHING to fix the problem, I have no idea what they did. I called them back to get them to come back… STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO RETURN — again, despite promise after promise after promise.
If they get it right the 1^st time — great — but if you have a problem? Watch out — you’ll never get it fixed.
I do NOT recommend this company.
*UPDATE* they came and fixed it — finally… so I gave them an additional star.

Fan-​freakin-​tastic. I was in search of plexiglass to cover window wells so my toddlers won’t fall through. I’ll save you the long story, but in the end Mirror & Glass Center had every possible option (other places had only up to ¼ inch; these guys have ½ and ³⁄₈ inch!), was reasonable with the price, and when I voiced concern about being able to get there in time to pick it up … they delivered! It is so difficult to get out and do anything with my toddlers in tow … their flexibility and responsiveness has earned my undying gratitude!

Do not cut class there unless it’s theirs although even that I think might need a lot of rework judging by the process that I saw.
I brought 2 lites of museum glass worth $ 300 to be cut there. Kamal very sweetly broke most of the glass from one lite. He was then embarrassed and tried to work slower in order to rescue some pieces that were not too small. Unfortunately in the process he scratched all of the saved pieces so I can not use them for framing. He apologized and did not charge me.
He is a nice person but just not very good at cutting non-​standard glass which is surprising considering his 20 years ‘experience’.
