The fleet driver was driving recklessly and ran a vehicle off the road nearly into a barrier so I called the number on the truck which connected me to the driver. He proceeded to call me a jack ass for making a complaint, when I hung up the phone he texted me «find a hobby» DO NOT do business with these people.

John was great on the phone. Very nice. His price was not the lowest for glass for a desk my husband made for me from an antique door. But we liked him so we agreed. However, he said the glass would be ready mid week the following week because he was really busy. I agreed that would be fine, but told him that I needed it for sure by this Friday as I was going out of town for two days then having company for the holiday. I asked if he was sure he could do it. He said he could. It wasn’t a complicated job. On Wednesday I didn’t hear from him so I called. He called back apologizing and blaming the girl in the office who he said did not call to check on it and then went home. Then, he promised to call me back Thursday and if not Thursday evening then Friday. Friday came and went with no word from John and it is now Saturday afternoon. I called a few hours ago, left a message, and have not gotten a call back yet. The jury is out, John. We will be back in town on Sunday afternoon, and someone is there today if you want to deliver it (and wave delivery cost). If it goes past Tuesday of next week, we will look for another place to do business. Disappointed.

I was a little leery doing business at first because John talks really fast. However, he worked with me and got me exactly what I wanted. When his supplier screwed up he pushed hard to get me the glass the day after it was promised. I would recommend John as a man of his word and thank him for the good work done. Thanks to Ricky for delivering the glass as promised too!

John is very professional and does excellent work. Replaced 6 windows and the workmanship was excellent and price was much better than the other quote I received. He came and measured the windows, called me when they were ready, came to the house when promised, and installed the windows as promised. His labor work is backed up by 1 year guarantee and the glass itself is backed by 10 year warranty so I am very happy with his work as a whole.

Replaced three French door windows in our townhome. Right on time for the free estimate. Right on time for the installation. Completely professional. Top quality workmanship. Fair price. Even washed some surrounding windows so they would look as good as the new windows!
