I recently had a complicated dental matter that unfortunately Dr. Cassidy missed. Completely. Thankfully, it was caught and addressed before I experienced further tooth and root damage(in fairness, neither of which had anything to do with Dr. Cassidy other than the missed diagnosis). Based on other reviews, it looks like he may be good for some patients, but I would not recommend him for cosmetic dentistry or even complicated general dentistry.

I started going to Dr. Cassidy when I needed a cleaning in the next few days. His office was able to fit me in quickly. I feel so fortunate I found him because I find him and his whole staff to be completely professional and welcoming. The office is pleasant. The level of communication is excellent. For instance, last time I had my teeth cleaned the hygienist gave me a refresher on best ways to clean my teeth(I had been wearing my enamel away by brushing too hard after eating acidic foods). I completely recommend!

Everyone I know raves about Dr. Cassidy– patients and other professionals in the field. I have to say, I completely understand why! He has a great bedside manner, has a clean and up to date office, the staff are so sweet, and you don’t have to wait weeks for an appointment.

VERY expensive if he is not a Network Provider… especially if his staff does not tell you he is Out of your Network until after your $ 330 teeth cleaning ;(.(Seriously? $ 330 to clean teeth?) Bummer.

An excellent dental practice. I am a patient and so is a close relative. Dr. Cassidy is a very good dentist who fully understands the patient’s desire to have healthy teeth without painful treatment. I recently had a complicated health problem that did not seem to me to be dental at all. Dr. Cassidy diagnosed it correctly and did the dental portion of the treatment, including follow-up. He gave me a referral to a superb endodontist for that part of the treatment. The staffs of both offices interacted well, and the billing went through without hassles. Dr. Cassidy’s hygienists and office staff are also extremely good. This practice has a friendly and productive atmosphere centered on caring for the patient.

I recently moved to the West Coast, and one thing I will miss the most about the East Coast is the incredible care I received from Dr. Cassidy and his staff! Everyone on staff is patient, kind, and compassionate. I really feel as though they are looking out for you, whether it be about your teeth or your wallet. I always felt calm and comfortable in the chair, and never felt like I was being taken when it came time to settle the billing. The records department couldn’t have been more helpful when it came time to transfer my records. They gladly completed additional paperwork my insurance company required and sent my records to me at no cost. Please try Dr. Cassidy if you are looking for a new dentist!

Wonderful staff, nice facilities and there’s something to look at on the ceiling while you’re there. Dr. Cassidy is very nice as well but perhaps a bit ‘proactive’ on getting work done if you need it without really discussing the costs involved. I walked out of there once with whopper of a bill that was much higher than I’d have gotten at my old dentist to the point it’d have been cheaper to travel back to see him for it. To his credit though he reduced the bill later by about 25% when I talked to him about it. It all seems out of caring for your dental health and not greed though. In the end it kind of evens out but it might rub someone the wrong way if you’re not ready for it.
