This place seems clean & roomy. I get great service as long as I don’t confuse them with coupons. Hahaha!

The worst service through the dive-through I’ve had in a while. And it was the manager«Jennifer»! Not only did she ignore me at the window, even though I honked my horn. I get home to find they didn’t even give me all my food. So they basically stole my money. When I called to complain, they wanted me to come all the way back. I just wanted a coupon in the mail, but she refused to do that,. She then accused me of wasting her time and hung up on me when I asked who was her manager. Stay away from this location…

Terrible, slow service, poor quality French fries — maybe they need to change more often

Normally, Burger King wouldn’t rate so high on my list of lunch stops, but I have to admit that I am a sucker for good marketing, and their Halloween whopper, decked out in black, is marketing royalty. This limited edition Whopper was ok, but a little on the dry side. However, the real thrill came when I crushed this little horror show. Try to scare your midnight bun, Halloween Whopper? Well watch put the Bela Lugosi on your beefy butt. All in all, burger Everest that must be climbed simply because it’s there. So I say stop in and say Boo! to Mr. Halloween Whopper.

It amazes me how this place never has food ready when you go there… I mean it’s called fast food, but yet they have to cook it when you come in the door. Expectations are already low when you go to a place like this but this one manages to make them even worse. 12 minute wait for a simple order.

On Aug 7th, I waited 6 minutes after 6am after the store was suppose to open before an employee came to open the door. There were employees stocking napkins and condiments while I stood outside the store waiting to let inside. When the manager finally opened the door she did not apologize for the wait. If a store is suppose to open at 6am. We the public expect it to be open. Totally UNACCEPTABLE

WORSTBURGERKINGEVER. This location is terrible, staff is extremely rude and will actually argue with you instead of helping you. Avoid this location at all costs.

If I could give a negative star I would. Not for the food, but for the service. The older Black lady, she may be a manager, have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a fast food place. But I guess that is why she is behind the counter asking if you want fries with that.

AHAHAHA, yes, I’m reviewing a Burger King: D BK is a chain, and you can pretty much find it anywhere, kind of like Mickey D’s. They have been around since ’53(FL), originally known as ‘Insta-Burger King.’ A year later, the name was changed to ‘Burger King’ when it was purchased by two guys when it was going through financial trouble. The menu offers your typical fast food fare, such as burgers(Whoppers), chicken/fish sandwiches(even grilled options), chicken strips, salads, veggie burgers, breakfast items(sandwiches and hash browns), sides(onion rings and fries), and smoothies/frappes. I am so shocked at how low the ratings are for this particular place, as I’ve always had a pleasant experience here! I pass through the Kingstowne area a few times a week, and when I’m famished after work, I sometimes make a quick pit-stop at their drive-thru and get their Original Chicken Sandwich to-go. Not the combo with the fries and the drink, but just the sandwich only. The key is to request it ‘off the fryer’(sometimes typed on your receipt as ‘off the broiler’) — this ensures that you will get your chicken sandwich all freshly-fried and literally right out of the fryer — just be careful, as it is very hot, and the hot juice of the chicken does burst out: P The sandwich comes on a long ‘Italian’ sesame-ed topped bread(sometimes it can be nice and soft; other times, ever-so-slightly not so much), with an elongated fried chicken piece, lettuce, and mayo. Sometimes, BK has the ‘2 for $ 4′ deals on the Whopper/Original Chicken Sandwiches, so keep a lookout on those(as one costs a little over $ 4). The drive-thru is efficient, and the cashiers who take the orders and such are friendly and professional and have always been awesome! Getting in and out can be slightly a pain, as you have whizzing cars and the intersection with the 3 stop signs, no one ever pays attention to(so, just be careful!). +Original Chicken Sandwich — ‘off the fryer’(KEY!) — be adamant!!! +stick to their drive-thru! +friendly cashiers: D +be cautious in the parking lot/plaza area in general with whizzing cars: O

I rushed here after hearing that Chicken Fries were back at BK. I really don’t have much reason to visit BK otherwise, but with the return of Chicken Fries, I’m going to be a regular once more. This location was pretty empty when I got in. The floors were sticky, but I feel like that at almost every fast food restaurant that I go to so I can’t really get mad at them for that. After glancing over the menu(read, deciding what size of Chicken Fries meal I want) I stood in line. The cashier was apathetic but took my order without any trouble. By the time I filled up my drink, my number was called. I grabbed my tray(I ended up getting a large meal) and sat down. The table was also pretty sticky, but again, this is the standard at almost every fast food joint I’ve ever been to. I opened up the 10 piece meal. It was beautiful. I took a bite, not caring that the Chicken Fries weren’t fresh at all. They still tasted better than I remembered. I’m pretty sure those Chicken Fries had been sitting out for a while because they were pretty cold and soggy, but I got more than 10 pieces in my meal because of it and I was fine with that! The fries were nice and crispy. Those tasted fresh and recently made. I forgot to ask for my dipping sauces, and went back up to the counter and they gave them to me without any hassle. The onion rings were pretty good too, but they weren’t nearly as fresh as the fries were. They were cold but still crispy. In the end, I satisfied my Chicken Fries craving. I think if I had just stopped at this BK not wearing my rose-tinted glasses, it would’ve gotten only two stars. But, because I got what I was craving, it stands a solid three.

My husband and I were looking for a place for a cheap late night date. I remembered that we had coupons from Burger King so we decided on this place. We arrived around 9:30pm and placed an ordered for a 10-piece chicken nuggets, a side of large fries and a small soda. There was one family placing the order and another eating their meals so we got our stuff quickly. The nuggets and the fries were surprisingly good this time of the night. The date cost us $ 4.24 so it was a steal.

Trust me and the other reviews. Stay far away from the kingstowne BK. It’s nasty, not to mention the rude managers. Ghetto attitudes behind the counter, they put cheese on the jr. burger when I asked for no cheese, didn’t realize it until I took a bite, took it to the counter and was told I wouldn’t receive another JR Burger because I had already started on it. Im not even kidding you, this was coming from the ghetto«manager» who came at me like I should accept and walk away or I get shot. Completely unbelievable. I’ve had BK in 3rd world countries that serve way better than this.

I had lunch today around 12:45 at this BK and was utterly disgusted. The beverage area was not clean and there was no ice in the ice dispensers. The floor was covered in debris, food scraps, and litter. There were hash browns on the floor that were left over from breakfast. I took photos of the floor and also had to wipe down my chair. Most of the tables were also dirty. I would not recommend this BK and will never eat there again.

1 star for having a decent Gouda sausage and egg muffin. But seriously, I have to ask the kiosk if anyone was present to take my order at the drive thru. The first window to take your money is down so i have the 2nd window to take my money and serve me food. And did I say slllllooooowwww? It will easily take you 10 min if someone, just one, car is ahead of you ordering. Enjoy!

THISPLACEISSKANKY. I’m not sure how this BK manages to stay open. This place is by far the most disgusting fast food restaurant that my husband and I have ever experienced. The place is filthy and no, I am not exaggerating. I’m just trying to warn anyone who is thinking of trying this place out to stay away, far away. First of all, all the tables are wobbly and so are the chairs but that shouldn’t bother you too much when you have a sticky«residue» on your hands from touching the table or chair to sit down. There were dried, smeared condiment sauces on all the tables and all over the floor of the entire dining area. There were flies flying around, there was no a/c or ventilation, the drinking station was messy and unorganized and there were no sauces or cutlery around if needed, you have to wait to ask an employee for that stuff. The bathrooms were enough to scare rats away and while my husband and I were wondering where this foul, skunky odor was coming from, my husband got up to get me some ketchup and noticed a bucket of cleaning solution/brown dirty water with dirty rags floating on top right next to the drink/ice/lids/straws area. That’s not only disgusting for customers to look at, the employees shouldn’t be «cleaning» the tables and drink area with that brown crap! That’s a health violation and they could seriously get someone sick, not to mention the bucket be left out there in the first place. Someone could have knocked that over and gotten hurt. I’m actually thinking of contacting BK Corporate and letting them know how awful the place is and how the franchise owner has completely neglected the place/dump. DONOTEATHERE, PEOPLE!!!

Ghetto. Why should I receive an attitude when I’m just placing an order? The coffee tasted horrible, the staff was more interesting in gossiping than even making eye contact with me or to say hi, and when I asked a question(if they had sugar free syrup for the coffee), I was told«I don’t know», but that’s it! No follow-up, didn’t go to check or ask someone else, just«I don’t know» and end of conversation.
