I signed up online and in the process of them verifying it they mistyped my info and sent my card and checks to the wrong address. The customer service won’t return my call and the hours don’t allow me to come after work. Closing and moving on.

I closed my BB&T checking account after only 4 months. Their ATM network really seemed unreliable, with several instances of the machines across Alexandria and Arlington malfunctioning. Quite frustrating experience.

I love this BB&T location. I went there a few days ago and it was actually pretty stellar for a bank. Firstly the way the inside of the building is, is just really nice. Not the typical bland structure but one that goes with the theme of «old town.» Not only that but love that they allow dogs in this location and have doggie treats for them. The customer service here was really good too. Very friendly and nice. I will definitely love making this my go to bank location.
