I’ve never had a hard time writing a negative review on Unilocal so writing about my experience with this Morgan Stanley branch will be a first for me.
Had I «yelped» this Morgan Stanley location 18 months ago my review would have been filled with glowing affirmations telling you how much I enjoyed working with my financial planner and all the others at this branch. However, that all changed about 12 months ago.
From that point forward my experience with my financial planner was a lot different than it had been in the past. Despite this change, I was intent on staying with them and believed that a change in my life circumstances wouldn’t effect the service I received. I was grossly mistaken. Unfortunately it took me until late 2008 to wake up to this reality when their lack of communication with me left me in the dark as to what was happening with an important financial matter. Even after expressing my concerns to the branch manager I still felt that I was being placated so I would not speak negatively of my experience which was just another disappointment.
