Rick and his guys are the best! Gave me realistic quotes on my 08 BMW X5. Told me what needed immediate attention and what didn’t. Other Indy shops had me feeling like I should sell the car asap. Rick did an oil change, tire rotation and brakes all well under what every other Indy shop quoted. Don’t take your beemer any where else. Go see Rick!

When the battery light came on in my ’01 330 Ci, I did something unsafe.
I pulled out my phone while driving on 40 West toward Los Angeles from Pittsburgh. I was 30 minutes outside Albuquerque so I did a Google search for: bmw repair albuquerque. Tons of results came up, but only one that looked trustworthy. As you can guess, that result was Wittler’s.
I called them immediately. And what’s funny is that while I was on the phone with them, they asked me if my power steering had gone and if my engine was overheating. Right when they mentioned those things, all of them happened and I was able to quickly pull into a rest stop. It was like the Wittler’s team was in the car with me. Their knowledge was impressive. And they’re ability to «get shit done» on a dime is even more impressive. And even more impressive than that — their personable and professional approach.
So many things to rave about!
Anyways, I knew there was a slim chance they could fit me in a day before Thanksgiving at a moment’s notice, but sure enough, they did. And they didn’t think twice about it. Also, upon finding one problem after another with my car (can’t even name them all!), they worked diligently and stayed late to get me back on the road. They also updated me frequently with status reports, told me the price of every fix they needed to make before making it, and did their best to educate a BMW novice like myself.
Within two hours, they performed a handful of high quality, spur-​of-​the-​moment fixes and got me back on the road in no time. If they can deliver so much value to me in so little time, I can’t even imagine the quality fixes they deliver to people with scheduled appointments. In a sentence, Wittler’s turned what could have been a major hinderance into a minor hiccup on my cross-​country trip.
From now on, I’m going to compare every BMW repair shop to Wittler’s. However, this may be a recipe for disaster. I doubt any BMW repair shop is as good as them.
On this Thanksgiving, I give all my thanks to the Wittler’s team.

It’s hard to find people who know their business and I have to say this place knows BMWs!!! I had a problem with my Bimmer’s suspension and these guys identified the problem right away and fixed my car perfectly and didn’t hit me with an outrageous bill. I later took my daughter in law’s Audi Allroad there when her car lost power and they quickly found the problem (broken plastic intake) and found a used part to fix it. They were great!!! I highly recommend this place if you drive any kind of German car as they know how to quickly diagnose the problem and get you back on the road quick and at the same time they don’t rob your wallet. Great people!!!

Took my TDI Jetta in for a timing belt change the other week, and they did a top notch job on it. Their attention to detail is impressive – they gave me a laundry list of things they noticed with the car that are or may be issues eventually. I knew most of it already, but was just impressed that they caught pretty much everything. They’re a little more pricey than your average garage down the street, but they are definitely a class act.
