Amy of Red Twig does beautiful residential landscape design work. Listens well, easy to work with, prompt, and professional. She was also very helpful in selecting and negotiating with contractors, dealing with suppliers, and following up with us after the installation to make sure that we were pleased. She went above and beyond in helping us get a custom shade structure from a vendor in California — the vendor was a nightmare to deal with but she didn’t give up until we got the product that we needed. We highly recommend Red Twig.

After deciding that three weeks was too long to wait to meet with the Red Twig. I decided to hire another company to design and install landscaping for my front yard. I was very happy with my decision. After the landscape job was complete, the owner hired me to build him a web site. He told me that photos could be found on Red Twig’s web site. Talk about a coincidence! I contacted the owner to see if I could use some of the photos of work he performed. She was very rude and threatened to sue if I used the photos or visited her clients. Let me get this straight, I ask for permission to use photos then get threatened with legal action (especially on a Friday). In addition, she had very negative statements about my new client. Ethically, she does not have a right to give me an opinion about his work as I was just contacting her for photos.
Very poor customer service. I hope she can design better than she treats other businesses in the Albuquerque area.
