History

Established in 1991.

Robert McCoy started the local franchise, Paul Davis Restoration Inc., in 1991. In the past two decades the company grew from six employees to 49, including building a new structure of their own to consolidate and increase room, and partnered with two co-​owners, John Sheriff and Kim Briggs. The company’s mission when it started was limited to restoration, soon it began the task of drying out wet buildings to now offering remodeling for commercial tenant improvement and retrofitting. «It’s a unique business being called into repair homes & buildings after fires, floods and other accidents that leave charred or water-​soaked rooms.» Certified Firm from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC), Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling (PDR&R) is also EPA Certified, maintains expert levels of service, with recent customer service scores showing that 9 out of 10 customer would recommend PDR&R to a friend.
