I can’t believe I haven’t written a review for our awesome realtor Jane from the Venturi team. My family and I moved to Albuquerque a little bit more than a year and a half ago and we were very lucky to find Jane our realtor to help us find the perfect home for us. We really didn’t know where to begin since we were not familiar with the city at all but after speaking with her she really put everything into perspective and made us feel at ease. We made a trip before moving to meet with her and look for homes, she was really patient and went above and beyond to give us her full time and attention since she knew we were only in town for a few days and it was important we find a home. A year and a half later it turned out that we were in need of her help again to help us sell the same home she helped us find because we had to move back to Texas for my husband’s job. She again was very helpful and understanding and did everything possible to help us with us dilemma. We are still in the process of selling our home and working out all the details and she has been nothing but nice and helpful. I truly recommend her to anyone that is need of a good realtor. Decided to give the Venturi team a try as my buyer’s real estate agent after seeing their website from out of state.
When looking for homes, it was a pleasure to work with Jane who provided the right amount of guidance and allowed me to look at my own pace. She even put together a list of properties that met what I was looking for, and planned out a route to see all those properties.
I actually ended up making an offer on a property listed by Tego. While normally I’d be hesitant about having the buyer and seller using the same realtor, they handled things very professionally. At some times, I thought Jane tried too hard to make sure there was no conflict of interest!
They’re also adept with technology, even signing the offer electronically online from out of state. The information they provide online made it possible for me as a buyer to narrow the field and be efficient with my time.
All in all, I’m very thankful to have gone with the Venturi Team. They’re honest, professional, willing to work with new home buyers, and are able to deal with complex out of state moves!
