I have been wanting orange chicken for a while but was disappointed the last few times I went to Panda Express. I finally caved and ignored the reviews! Drive thru was quick, staff was friendly, order was correct and good :)
We didn’t go during the rush though so that could be why things were a little easier!

Lines are always long in drive thru, and employees are less than enthusiastic. Food is good. They claim that they open at 10am on weekdays, but that is a lie. The past two days I went between 10:05 and 10:30 am, and they refuse to take my order. Signs on the door and drive thru window state that they open at 10am. Employee cars were in the parking lot, so I know they were there.
I guess they move at their own pace? I hope upper management reads this and makes some changes at this location. I’m thoroughly disappointed.

Bad Panda. Most Pandas are fine. This one is not very friendly, and they consistently pile on the rice and give little entrée. My latest sweet fire chicken had tons of rice, and one piece of chicken. Watch the server like a hawk. Other nearby Pandas are much better.

This location is typically busy and the employees do not seem at all bothered that the diners are stressed. I am on a strict diet and have gotten brown rice here before. I went on Monday and asked for brown rice an the employee said they didn’t have any. I asked if they were just out or were they no longer carrying the item. He said they were just out. My husband returned on Tuesday and still no brown rice. He asked to speak to a manager and the girl said there would not be a manager there until FRIDAY!

Picture this — it’s a Friday and it’s prime lunch time. You and your colleagues «Do you want Panda Express?» «YES that sounds great !» We head over only to be told «We are out of Chow Mein noodles. Oh and no vegetables either.» WHAT!!! Seriously?

Drive thru line was backed up, went inside and was in and out super fast. This was 6pm on a Saturday so it was pretty busy. Food was good for what it is.
