I am VERY picky, and I was VERY pleased. They sat me immediately, the staff was friendly and down to business. Tiffany filled my acrylics, I was in and out in under an hour.(I think closer to 40 minutes) my nails are exactly what I wanted — thin application, oval and very natural looking. I’ve been 3 other places that couldn’t get it right. I was pleased with the calm atmosphere. Peaceful and professional, it reflected in the work.

I used to come here because my nails and eyebrows would always look great. Unfortunately, the last few times I have gone, I have left unhappy. First, the eyebrows. I’ve never had so much skin ripped off my face, ouch! During this same visit, my eyebrow hair was cut with scissors vertically yes, VERTICALLY into short, stubby hairs. I chalked it up to bad luck because I know mistakes happen. The next time I went, the same lady who messed up my eyebrows gave me a pedicure. She was unnecessarily rough and even gave me a pretty deep cut on my toe which resulted in a disgusting bacterial infection. Will not be returning.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I got some solar nails done there on Thursday(it’s now Monday) for my wedding. It took them over an hour and a half. It was by FAR the worst nail experience of my life. The lady who did them put them on unevenly, there were bubbles, all of them were jagged, one was so sharp, it put a hole in my shirt after I left, and several of my fingers were BURNING. I’m not typically a picky person, so the fact that I even got frustrated says a LOT. I went back and asked for it to be fixed. The lady SMACKED my hand and said she worked«real hard». I showed them to her and she«couldn’t see the problem». I showed her boss, who said they were awful. The lady then tried to fix them, but only sanded them down and refilled them. While I was waiting for them to dry again, another girl was in there and wanted to wash her hands because several of her finger were bleeding but got YELLED at and had rubbing alcohol held on her nails. My nails still had bubbles and I couldn’t stay any longer, I’d already spent almost 2 hours getting horrible nails. I demanded my money back and the only way they’d give it was to cut them all off, which was understandable — until they cut them so short and jagged that most of my fingers bled and all my fingers hurt. While he chopped them off, the gentleman«assigned» to the task said each nail was worse than the last and even apologized. But the boss threw the pen on the table for me to sign the refund receipt. I still don’t have my refund, but have gorgeous nails thanks to NV Nails on Montgomery and Wyoming. Do yourself a favor and NEVER go to Nail Spa.

Four layers of old polish is a disaster. I was one block away and had 3 nails smudged after having a fan dry each layer. Will not return. In addition, they chatter amongst themselves, which I find rude.

Came here last month to get a badly needed pedicure done before a vacation. The shop was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and talkative. My pedi guy, Billy, was a total sweetheart and did a wonderful job on my toes! This place is reasonably priced and had great service. Definitely coming back!

Terrible service. I was very nice to the lady but when I told her that the nail polish she was using was old and sticky she got mad. She didnt take off the orginal coat she just kept polishing over it so it was thick and sticky when she was done. Also, the other man with her in the front of the store just kept talking and laughing back and forth. I guess they were laughing at me? I would never go back there. I felt terrible and sad.

The Nail Spa was conveniently located near Coranado Mall, were I was when I decided on getting a pedicure. I took my little sister in with me and we both got a pedicure. There were lots of color nail polishes to choose from. Yvette is 10 and chose Hot Pink with polka dots, I’m old, so I chose a pretty bronze. I took a photo, but kids smudge polish quickly and I didn’t get the photo before her polka dots smeared. :-). The ladies that did our nails were friendly, they were super sweet with Yvette, making sure she had a good experience. She loved the massage chairs, constantly giggling when it shook her all about. The Salon seemed clean, and it didn’t smell so strongly of acrylic nails, but that could be due to not having a bunch of women getting acrylic nails, while we were in the shop. I think all these little nail shops charge about the same, this one seemed inline, price wise. If I were in the neighborhood, I drop back in.
