This was my first time getting a set of fake nails and I wanted an almond shape for graduation. I was recommended to this place by a friend who always has great stiletto nails. I set up an appointment beforehand, and while it took a little while to get in I didn’t mind. Julie did a great job of listening to what I had in mind and creating a beautiful set of nails.

Are you kidding me?!? I tried to do a walk in appointment, and was told I needed to make an appointment. They offered me a same day appointment at 4:00. So I said OK, and confirmed the appointment time. When I arrived for the appointment, they were full with walk ins. She told me I would have to wait 45 minutes at least before they could start my appointment. I asked her, «What’s the point of making an appointment then?» She said, «These women have been waiting a long time.» So was I, I just went back home to wait until my APPOINTMENT TIME.
I will never go back here. That is such terrible customer service.
As a sidenote, this was the cheapest looking, most stuck in the 70’s nail place that I think I’ve ever seen.

I came here for mani /​pedi and arm waxing but the smell of acrylics and other chemicals was so strong that I could only do waxing in a separate room. The place is very poorly ventilated, and it smelled like a chemical plant. Arm waxing was OK, although took much longer than usually, and at the Beverly Hills price — $ 30.00 plus tax, plus tip. I would expect this price at a spa, but this place is not even an attempted at a spa — regular hole in the wall nail place.

I had to wait for a nail tech to finish getting her nails done before she started on mine. They were all very nice but the woman giving me a pedicure gouged so hard on my big toe I ended up with an infected toe!
The tv was on very loud and was annoying. Also, the chair I was in was broken so the roller of the massage wheel kept poking me in the back. :(It was very far from luxurious.
