Bought some stamps from the ATM and discovered that there is a $ 2.18 convenience fee for each sheet of 18 forever stamps! Tried to return them to the bank when that was discovered but they wouldn’t take it back.
so NEVER BUY STAMPS FROM US BANK’S ATM as you can go across the street to SAFEWAY to get them with no extra charge!
What a RIP OFF, US Bank is!

Just like all of the other locations for this piece of crap bank, this one is also no exception. I witnessed something really pathetic by what the employees did at this branch location for US Bank and I had to feel sorry for the customer. This location closed at 5:00 and at about 5:15 employees were still inside closing things up and the ATM outside of the bank was not operative. Customers needed help because of the ATM not working and employees did not assist them and told them to call the 1 – 800 number or go to the bank’s website or go to another branch location. That behavior is a perfect example of how worthless US Bank is towards their customers. Once again, stay away from this company! They are very bad news!

Can you give 4 stars to a bank you closed an account at? I can. If I close an acct. I dread going in and having them try to talk me out of it. The man who helped me didn’t pressure me to keep my acct open and was very helpful and timely. He offered to reverse the charges on my acct for not having the minimum amount which was appreciated since I’d had a long standing relationship with the bank, although he just couldn’t match the interest I was getting at other banks. Would have given 5 stars if he could.
Parking is a private lot. Location is convenient since it’s right across the street from the harbor bay shopping center. Single ATM — don’t worry it rarely gets crowded enough to have to wait for it.
