History

Established in 1993.

Shear Delight & More started as a Salon almost twenty years ago. Over time the Salon transitioned to a second hand clothing store as well. There seemed to be a great need for one that was friendly and took a wide variety of clothing. It fit and took off faster than we could keep up with, thanks to all of our loyal clients. Thank you, we wouldn’t be here without you.

much respect to Jason C. i shall look into his advice. i saw walking by this place that they have good deals on MAC makeup (
). it is a high end brand, and generally their products are quite expensive. i was excited about this purchase. when i got home and opened the eyeshadows i purchased, i realized they were not real. the name of one was misspelled, which never happens with the real thing. as well as the shape of the containers was different than the authentic mac shadows.
it’s true, i can’t say anything about the quality of their styling. but selling fake products is not a good way to do business. tenderloin, alameda, or wherever it is you do your shopping/​styling (or trying to cover up your gray hair for that matter)

Shear Delight exists as both a beauty supply and beauty salon. I notice mostly hair and nail care. Shear Delight stocks Zoya lip gloss and a few other lines, along with Sheer Delight’s own cosmetics (Found in the glass case under the counter!). Shear Delight could be better. It could be a lot worse though. I like the sound of Sparitual, the more organic nail color Shear Delight sells. This nail polish company uses less chemicals than most. Too bad it chips more. Shear Delight also sells tank tops with skeletons on them for women. I don’t understand that.
