History
Established in 1991.
Originally I was a group fitness trainer and taught low impact aerobics and pilates/yoga style classes at gyms. I was always most attracted to working with people who were dealing with challenges like: injuries, being overweight or advanced aging.
Now that I focus on working one-on-one or with small groups, it is exciting to see how much more progress is possible with personalized attention. My clients have ranged in age from 17 to 102 years old.
It is especially important to help my clients stay healthy and fit when they go through various life changes like: divorces, caring for sick family members and loss of their loved ones or pets. This has become my passion and specially now.
I have created practical, healing strategies to deal with times of loss and change that are called: Body Aware Grieving. Links are not allowed in this section, but that is the name of my website. I am also active on Twitter as @BodyAwareGrief.
