I am:

a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a BS in genetics from University of Rochester, TRX suspension trainer credentialed, TRX Sports Medicine credentialed, TRX group training credentialed, ViPR loaded movement trainer certified.

I believe in combining multiple fitness modalities to achieve results and keep workouts from being monotonous.

As a trainer with and the owner of APT I am committed to helping clients achieve their goals from every angle. And with a network of connections in Alameda, I can refer you to other wellness professionals to provide a holistic effort toward your fitness goals.
