History

Established in 1977.

I began working with people on their health in 1977. I wanted to do something that was a positive influence for people and that would give me time for my sculpture. I found I enjoyed working with living tissue more than sculptural materials.

Over the years I have continued to look for better ways to assist people in their healing. Whether it was learning from the therapist for the Nike team in the 80’s, training in indirect osteopathic methods in the 90’s, learning from the master teachers in Bowenwork and becoming and instructor myself, or working with energetic medicine technique like EFT, Quantum Touch, or Z-​Point work, I focus on methods that were the most effective, the fastest working, and the most respectful of the individual capacity of each of my clients.

I was lead manual therapist with an orthopedic clinic for 7 years. I’ve had a business in the East Bay for 23 years. I moved to Alameda 3 years ago so we can raise our daughter and want to be Alameda-​centric.
