Bill from the beginning was gentleman and professional; his price was spot on. While I always check Unilocal ratings, I can be wary of almost all 5 star reviews. I’ll admit that I’ve never had my car detailed and was glad to find a highly rated local business for my first go.
I needn’t have worried. Bill called me back the same day I emailed him, and I got my car in the next morning. I had both the interior and exterior detailed. The car was done when promised, and I wasn’t sure it really was my 13 year old car! Super clean inside and out; leather seats cleaned and treated. I’ll have to order some touch up paint from the dealer and was told to just pop in and Bill will quickly touch up door dings and a few boo-​boos in about 10 minutes at no charge.
He’s not inexpensive, but in line with other sites I visited. Polite, prompt and professional. Don’t think I’ll wait another 13 years to go back!

It’s a really steadily reliable and good detailing service. Thorough and fast and reasonable price. Gone there a long time now.

I heard negative reviews from the Shoreline detailing business, so i was pretty adamant about finding a smaller business that had better reviews and results. I asked the Oil Changers how Bill was because I saw his sign when my car was getting serviced. They told me he was great! I wish I took before and after pics, because Bill did an amazing job. My wife’s Nissan Altima had numerous scratches and she had our 2 little ones sitting in the back. I told Bill to make it look brand new and boy did he deliver. The dealer I bought the car from didn’t even have the car this clean. Thanks Bill!

Bill’s five stars are well-​deserved. This is the kind of business you want to patronize. A small local business, with a hard-​working owner, who delivers quality work. This business is eighteen years old, so he knows what he’s doing.
My first call was to confirm how long he needed my car. We had a brief convo about my needs and he answered my questions. For my particular job, he estimated he’d need two hours.
After arranging for a friend to pick me up, I made the appointment.
Sure enough, at the appointed time, he welcomed me by name (nice touch) and got to work.
Two-​ish hours later, my car was done. Bill was careful to point out what was un-​fixable: a paint chip in my roof I should paint to prevent rust, and a minor bird-​dropping paint scar on my hood. Other than that my interior and exterior were pretty much like new!
For my particular (small) car, the charge was 220.00. Not cheap, but frankly the interior was pretty bad, so that seems fair enough.
He’s sort of down a short alley. So turn into the alley behind the Oil Changers and you’ll see him at the end on the right.

I only get my car detailed maybe once every 2 years or so and given that I have two very hairy dogs, it can kinda look like a nightmare in there after awhile. Hair EVERYWHERE.
I took my car in today and when I picked it up again 2 hours later it looked absolutely AMAZING. I can’t remember the last time it looked so good! They did a truly amazing job.
It definitely wasn’t cheap, but the price was comparable to other places I’ve taken my car to be detailed and with dog hair, it always tends to cost more. And one thing to note, it’s cash or check only. I didn’t realize that and had to find myself an ATM to get the cash.
I would highly recommend Bill Botts for any kind of auto detailing. They did a super great job and were friendly and efficient as well.

Before I moved back to Alameda, my 2003 Corvette was kept in my driveway in NJ. My automatic sprinkling system there uses mineral-​laden well water; this left the surface of the car’s paint covered with deep stains. When the car was delivered to Alameda I got a recommendation from Lee Auto Supply for a detailer, Bill Botts.
My Corvette has a very unique paint color, 50^th Anniversary Red. Removing the stains was a real challenge for Bill. But with his 18 years of experience and tenacity, my car’s finish now looks like new! He also removed the stains from the windshield and windows. I had scratched the fender getting into my tight garage, Bill buffed it out and touched up the paint.
Bill said it was the most difficult detail he had ever done. The results clearly show his talents! I would recommend Bill without hesitation!

I brought my 2005 Ford Mustang into Bill Botts Mirror Finish today because I had accumulated 8 years worth of dog hair and grime. My car was a wreck… completely thrashed. I would never let anyone else drive in it and always changed after I got where I was going because of the dog hair. I called on Friday and asked if he had time, he said he could squeeze me in on Sunday. I brought it in with hopes it could just not look terrible… HOWEVER MY CAR WAS RETURNED TO ME LIKE NEW!!! It was actually unbelievable… my words were actually «H*ly $hit!» when I saw how clean Mustang Sally was. Now I’m rethinking why I bought a new car and why I had never come here before. I thought there was no hope and I WAS WRONG. THANK YOU TO BILL BOTTS AND HIS STAFF!!!

I recently had Bill and his team detail my 2006 Civic inside and out. Wow! …it’s like having a new car!

Bill made my black car shine! I never new my car could truly be so reflective. The part that makes Bill different from the rest of his competition is his customer service. He took care of my care of my car 15 months ago and recently this weekend a friend accidently back their car into mine and rubbed their car paint into mine. He said come in and let me take a look at it. He said, «if its small I can knock it out for you no charge» and he did just that. He buffed it out in less than 2 min. And I was on my way. Thanks Bill for the great service. I’ll be back to get my car detailed from you for sure. You are the BEST!

So my little putt putt needed some serious cleaning up and of course I’d been putting it off for — well, forever. Saw great Unilocal for Bill Botts — shot over a quick EM and was set for the very next day. In less than 3 hours my green bean was shiny, silky smooth (really!) and immaculate. Bill is an awesome guy, treats you with respect and has very fair pricing. The capper? Right across the street from Speisekammer where you’ll be no wurst for wear while waiting for your ride…

Bill is a great guy. He does excellent work and is very flexible in terms of drop off and pick up. Prices are reasonable and the work is pretty damn good. My buddy has 4 kids and after 5 years of eating and trashing the inside of their Tahoe, I brought it to Bill for a complete detail. He had this done in about 3 hours but I couldn’t pick it up that afternoon and it was raining. He offered to store it inside and I could pick it up on Sunday any time. That is just great customer service. Thank you for an excellent detail job. Tahoe looks almost brand new.

Called Bill in the morning for an appointment that day and he got me in within a few hours even though he was booked for the day. Got rid of noxious smell in front seat and numerous food stains. Will use again!

Based on these Unilocal reviews, I decided to have Bill detail my beloved Porsche. Its a dark blue, so every scratch, ding and piece of dust shows up.
I wanted to have a full exterior detail, clay bar, touch up paint to get the car ready to sell. Bill did an amazing job. Buffed out some micro scratched, touched up, and the car looks great. I brought some touch up paint that didnt work so well, so Bill offered to touch it up again if I got dealer paint, which I did.
Bill’s real nice and professional and prices are very reasonable. He’s my go-​to guy for auto detailing now.

AMAZING. Brought my car in today and I cannot be happier. I came back two hours later and from afar my car looked very shiny =) He even touched up some chips and the really disgusting stain on one of the seat belts in the back seat is GONE. I got my car 10 months ago and the previous owner probably had pets ride in the car so there were some dog hair (I know, EWWW.) in between my passenger seats. But that’s all gone now. The car is soooo clean. We’re taking my boyfriend’s Camry in a couple weeks. Can’t wait to see that make-​over!

Bill is super nice and professional, and he only took 2 hours to completely clean the inside of my car, for a very reasonable price ($ 95).

This is definately detailing at it’s best! They have done such amazing work on all of my cars that I have sent all my family and friends there also. Bill and his staff focus on customer satisfaction and in doing their job better than anyone else. They have definately won our family as customers for life!

Bill and his crew have done outstanding detailing work outside and inside on both my car and SUV. I won’t let anyone but Mirror Finish touch my cars. I’m a perfectionist when it comes to my car and its nice to find a company that feels the same way. I HIGHLY recommend Bill and his Mirror Finish company when it comes to detailing.
