I made order from Bay Stamp online, and the size was a bit big, and then I did call their store to ask them if they can fix me a new rubber stamp with smaller size, and the owner was very helpful, and ask me to come and pick up the new stamp on the same day without any extra charge. I definitely recommend this place.

Me, being a dumb dumb waited till the week before Valentine’s Day to get something engraved for my husband. I went in with my wood watch and hope. I received amazing customer service and he said he would make it happen for me. He was super busy and had lots of projects bug would not let me down! We brainstormed on engraving and I loved all the suggestions! I got the watch back even earlier then we originally agreed on and it was beautiful! Thank you so much!!!

I went into Bay Stamp and engraving to buy a bowling trophy. Paul was so wonderful! He help me design a fun trophy for my upcoming tournament. His customer service could not have been better and the trophy exceeded my (very high) expectations. If you need a trophy or engraving done, support this shop. You won’t be disappointed!

This was the ultimate best customer service ever! Paul was wonderful, he went far and beyond trying to help me out. I needed a last minute engraving done on a flask and he had it ready the very next day And since I got off work after he closed, he was able to make «arrangements» so that I was able to pick it up after hours. It’s hard to find great and personable stores anymore, I will definitely go back!

This place is awesome!
I needed a quick turnaround on an engraving I needed on a cigar box. Paul worked magic! Even though it’s not usual for him, he got it done the same day.
The end result was exactly what I had envisioned.
His pricing is very reasonable too!

I just got an iPhone6 engraved by Paul at Bay Stamp & Engraving. He did a great job at a very reasonable price. It was difficult to find an engraver who was able and willing to do this work but Paul has extensive experience engraving iPads for local schools. I am extremely pleased with the result.

I get my notary stamp from Bay Stamp and Engraving every 4 years and it always has the perfect amount of ink, which is extremely important when you notarize deeds like I do. The county recorder will reject a deed if the stamp is illegible because it’s too blotchy or blurry. I’ve only ever had to add ink once to my stamp before I need to renew my commission and get a new stamp entirely. Love this place!

What a great unique business! I couldn’t believe when I went to get my rubber stamp fixed, all of the cool engravings and stamps that were on the wall, he even has the original receipt from when the business was started in 1890. So cool. I wish there were more small family businesses like this.

Paul really knows how to take good care of a customer. He’s friendly, flexible, and prompt. I gave him a huge order to do – around 20 tasks of either creating or updating award plaques with 1 month to do it. Every single job came out perfect, and the plaques he created for us were much better than the old ones we had updated. This was last summer, and recently I’ve gone to him for just a single plaque with only 3-​days’ notice, and he squeezed us in despite a tight schedule with a much larger project for a big company. This shows how loyal he is to his customers. Paul is my go-​to guy for plaques and awards for as long as he’s in business.

Paul was fantastic! I decided to design my own nautical themed return address stamp because I couldn’t find anything I liked, and after I gave up on OfficeMax entirely a good friend of mine reminded me that Bay Stamp & Engraving was right here in town. My design was a bit too intricate for his website, and I figured that paying for shipping within the island was a bit illogical, so I decided to drop by the shop one evening. He was about to close, but he very patiently worked with me on my design until I was happy with it. I paid half up front and picked it up just two days later. It turned out better than I could have imagined. Thanks, Paul!

Took in a flask to have initials engraved on it for a friends birthday. They did an outstanding job! What a find. They do awards & trophies also so I ordered up some golf awards for a tournament we were having. Then when I went to pick up these beautifully engraved golf trophies I noticed they make rubber stamps so I ordered up some of those for the office and they were ready the next day!!! They do all the work in-​house and the guy I’ve been dealing with, (Ithink his name is Peter) is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Great service, really neat shop. Fast service too!!!
