Only giving this star so I can post! We walked in at closing but I did ask if they were still
Open and the girl mopping the floor says «YEAH!» So we order and I witness these workers arguing, speaking in Filipino, there was another employee who grabbed something off the wall behind the soda area and say «F%#^ this Sh!€!» And storm off and all of this as we are waiting for our food! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Not to mention 2 employees almost getting into an altercation while we were standing there and one walks off and the other was sarcastic!

Was given a reg Pepsi drink. So I told the person & she just chuckled and did nothing and when I got to my seat there’s no sauce.
Bad service eos!

This Taco Bell is way better then the one in stadium mall. They are quicker, nicer and great with communicating. I take that extra drive just to go to this one because of the staff.

I would never give my neighborhood Taco Bell on the Mainland more than 3 stars, but this one rocks! Stopped in during a busy weekend lunch hour, but the line moved really quickly. The order taker made eye contact and greeted me with a smile. My order was up in just a few minutes, and the Supervisor confirmed my order details when I picked it up and again made eye contact and smiled. My order was correct and the food temperature good. Seating area was clean and comfortable. Two thumbs up!

I’m sitting here just fuming. I ordered 2 soft tacos and med drink. it’s after 2and med drinks are supposed to be discounted by .20. I was charged full price. when I ask the cashier about it she informed me that it’s only .20 and didn’t offer refund till I said to give it to me. she was very rude about it. makes you wonder how many people are getting overcharged. it’s not the amount of money its just if supposed to be a certain price then honor it

This is s Pizza Hut/​Taco Bell. Nothing special about facility. It is very clean for a high traffic area.

I work next to a mall and during my lunch breaks I enjoy going to my favorite stores and see what’s on sale. Sometimes I get sidetracked and before I know it I only have ten minutes left for my break.
That’s where taco bell comes in. The food here is cheap, fast and cheap. Even if you only have two dollars in your pocket, you can get lunch here. I usually get the burrito supreme but have been recently coerced by a coworker to try the crunch wrap. Yum to both!
Taco bell is on the ground floor of uptown (macys side) next to the food court. Service is ok. If the line gets long, sometimes one of the ten or so people in the back will come up and help with the registers. Some will ask you if you want taco sauce and some won’t. They take cash and credit here.
This location also has a pizza hut. I don’t order my pizzas here because the crust is never crispy and is on the soggy side.

They don’t even deserve 1 star! Came here for a semi late night snack, it’s not even super busy, but we’ve been waiting for our food for about 10 min already.
The lady puts our drinks on the counter and doesn’t even say it’s ours. We ordered the two pizza combo, and a #7.
The lady behind the counter then calls and says 2 pizzas! So we go grab it and she’s like all confused. And then she’s like nvm that’s not your order, and some kid from behind us comes to grab it. We’re still waiting here for our food. People who ordered after Us are already getting our food.
Dang I’m seriously always getting shitty service at taco bells lol, but this Taco Bell sucks!!!

Today after a crazy shift at work on Valentines Day I wanted taco bell! I came down straight after my shift and also had to bring home food for my parents for watching my son. I ordered a #1 Taco supreme Meal and a loaded burrito box. I was never offered taco sauce and when I came home (since it was a carry out order) I also found out that I was missing two regular tacos. I know for a fact ALL meals come with at least one regular taco. I also know the loaded burrito box meal comes with one taco but nope, it was missing from my bag. I called the store at this number 8 084 876 462 to let them know from my experience but no answer. The phone just kept on ringing and ringing so I just hung up. What I did get food wise was great, it’s just the fact i’m missing food and taco sauce just killed my after work meal.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Or even less than that cause on the day that I went, THEY SUCKED THAT BAD!!!
Cashier didnt know what the heck he was doing. Rude asian girl literally threw my drink at me and gave me a really bad look. Uhh okay? Someone was having a BAD day. –11 stars for RUDE customer service.
My quesadilla was BURNT as hell. Definitely not going back. LOL

Taco Bell at pearl ridge Horrible cashier! Think her name was carla had change my order because I ordered the wrong item and she got all mad and said ugh loud enough for us to hear. To me if your going to have someone at the cashier you should have someone that is people friendly and not grouchy we all make mistakes and we didn’t order the wrong item on Purpose. Other then that food and the other staff was great as always!

This Taco Bell is in an ideal spot but it’s configured all wrong. The dining area had ample room but I always see food particles on tables when I eat in. Other than that, I love their food!

This taco bell I don’t know I ordered two chalupas with chicken an a soft taco supreme an other stuff! I pull up to pay an there hand bags on the counter an people looking at me like who’s this now! But I got there at 11 pm the drive thru closes at 1am! So we get are order an when we get home there’s no soft taco supreme an no chicken in my chalupas! I paid for that shxx an I’m not driving back! So now I’m eating beef chalupas an no soft taco supreme! So thank you!!! I would have gave them — because this happen more then often!

LOVE our Taco’s! and burrito’s too! And we usually get a lot of taco’s for the family! 20 sounds good! plus mexican pizza’s! yummerz!

I remember way back in the day when this place just used to be Pizza Hut until now they are Taco Bell/​Pizza Hut. They are located in the Pearlridge Shopping Center food court uptown aka Phase 1 side. It is right next to one of the entrances of the uptown mall side on the ground level. I remember they also used to have a location in the downtown aka phase 2 side of Pearlridge. Sometimes I go here when I am in doubt of what to get around that area of the mall whenever I want some grindz. I usually get from the value menu of Taco Bell, probably something like a crunchy taco, soft taco, and a bean burrito. The fire taco sauce is pretty weak. Taco Bell should make another hot sauce called volcano or something. They used to have serve yourself sauce but now they just give you the sauce from the register cashier I guess because of security reasons or something. The Pizza Hut side seems more smaller than the Taco Bell side but it has it’s share of menu items ranging from personal pan pizzas to bread sticks and hot wings and stuff. The staff and customer service is good. The dine in table and seating area is pretty good. It is decently spaced out for a pleasant dine in.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. I only go here because it is the closest Taco Bell to my house.
But, they ALWAYS forget something when we go through the drive through. Today, I finally remembered (yes, I remembered that they always forget!) and so I told my husband to wait and check the bag before we drove away from the window. I was feeling super neurotic about saying that, especially since the cashier said goodbye and closed the window.. . until, she opened it 2 minutes later shouting «hold on!» and then they gave us the thing we would have driven away without.
Long story short, check your drive through before you drive through!

This review is solely for the POG slush, although their food is okay for what it is. Anyway the POG (passion orange guava) slush is really good, taste just like the actual drink but in slushy version, which i think is better. Its also not as sweet as the actual drink since its diluted by the icy-​ness, I like it better this way, but if you like it sweet then o wells =P. Its $ 2.61 (w/​tax) so not bad, I just wish I had a machine of my own =9
