In4mation Pearlridge

Was trying to pick up the Aloha Herringbone hat at the mall, found out from the store associate that it was sold out but had stock at their McCully location. The store associate offered to pick it up at the McCully store and drop it off at pearlridge the next day. I went to the McCully site and picked it up myself since I was headed to town anyways. The Aloha Herringbone hat was ready for pick up as soon as I got to the store. The store associate went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get the item I wanted. To me, that is not only a true testament to great customer service but also what in4mation brings to all of its customers, which is the ALOHA SPIRIT. Definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting awesome gear accompanied with excellent customer service.

Awesome customer service ! First initial walk in, greeted at the door. «Aloha, how’s it’s» told us about sales and new gear. The sales person, ugh I’m so bad with names, he had dreads lol he was so helpful and didn’t mind walking back and forth for sizes. Gave great recommendations and helped us with fit. Awesome! I’ll be back soon :)

So I saw some new designs got released but didn’t see any online. Sent them a quick email and they responded saying to call the Pearlridge store as they had the size I want.
Gave them a quick call and Yvonne went to check and would call me back with what they had. She was quick and curteous and upon leaving me a voicemail with what they had, I was able to quickly do a phone order. Was perfect and now I am sure this will be on speed dial. Thanks for the awesome service.

This place is cool, not only because of the merchandise, but the workers are always friendly. I don’t always buy clothes from here because it is a bit pricey, but they have what the kids call «hype» these days, and that’s good for them. I think they’re famous for their «Hi» and «aloha» hats/​stickers/​shirts, written in cursive.
Everytime I come in here, I’m greeted and they seem friendly at the register. I usually buy stickers from them and I asked if they gave mall discount (since I work at the mall). They don’t, but instead the guy gave me a free small sticker with my purchase! So awesome.

Merchandise and cool workers get high fives. Sometimes they have really nice stuff that drops but they’ll sell out fast. Know what you’re looking for and cop right away. Buy Lightsleepers products if they have some. Thanks

Whenever I am in a mall where their is an In4mation I go and check out what they have. To tell you the truth it is usually not my style of clothing but they do have some cool shirts that I will buy. The service is usually ok and pleasant, but a few times I was completely ignored or I felt like I was a bother to them.
All and all that I what I expect from stores like this.

I’ve known Ryan from In4m since he and Todd opened Define. Lol I give them props for bringing to life a concept type store that Hawaii really never seen at the time. Through the years the brand grew and still continues to raise the bar in so many ways.
Even though I have friends that work at both locations the staff in general is very friendly and knowledgable. If there’s an item that they ran out of the staff is quick to call the other location.
The only thing that is an issue is that they don’t carry anything over XXL. So the big and tall customers are sometimes left out of some cool t-​shirts or denim designs. All in all In4m is a heavy hitter that continues to put Hawaii on the map!!! Respect!

I rarely shop at the store here due to the bad vibes, almost like I am bothering them by entering the store. I normally would rather buy online but I wanted something that was only available in store, so I went in to go check it out and as I walked in, no one greeted me and they looked at me as if I wasn’t supposed to be in there. I found what I was looking for and went to the register and proceeded to pay for it. Not a single word was said to me. After he gives my receipt I tell them Thank you and then I thought, why am I saying Thanks for? I’m the customer. They couldn’t even tell me thanks or have a nice day, they didn’t say a word. NOTHING. They packaged my item and gave it to me and walked away from the register. I will never return to this store.

In4mation is a progressive brand which consists of hardworking, ambitious & dedicated friends, who could work for any company, but choose to pursue their creativity as a small business. During the past decade, In4mation has evolved tremendously by adapting to changes in the economy, mastering the art of consistently delivering quality products & recognizing they’re only as strong as the people who support them.
Even though, In4mation continues to do well in their Pearlridge location, they’ve expanded their horizons with another store called, «The Human Imagination» (located at to the corner of Nu’uanu x Pauahi). The Human Imagination is the lovechild & workspace for (majority of) the In4mation owners; their Chinatown location has given the brand an opportunity to grow, connect with creative individuals & allowed them to become a part of a community of small businesses.
In4mation plans to continue celebrating this milestone, with their 10 year anniversary project, which includes releasing a limited number of classic tees & new designs every month. In4mation is currently working on collaborations with other brands & has something AMAZING planned for October 4^th, but won’t announce the big news until a week before this mystery date (stay tuned).
If this past decade is any indication of In4mation’s future success, I can’t wait to see what develops. Be sure to stalk In4mation on all of your social networks & continue to support this local business & well-​known brand.

I have been shopping at in4mation since opening day at ward warehouse, and will continue as long as they have a storefront (or online store).
Im no brand snob, by any means, but i do however know what i like. And generally speaking, these guys have just that. shirts, jeans, hats, beanies, even down to the vinyl toys and stake decks. These guys are doing it right.
Back before crooks & castles had a hawaii line, and opened a storefront, this was the only place i could find what was my favorite brand at the time. Between the awesome brands and their own line of apparel, this really is a one stop shop for me.
They also carry sneakers at this location. If youre a fan of vans or nike sb, you can usually catch the new releases at in4mation pearlridge.
One last thing, they are great about posting up their new releases via facebook and twitter days before they are dropped. And announcing any sales they are having. Follow them on their social media outlets to get the scoops, so you can be first in line for the new stuff when it comes out.

Kinda bummed they have a lack of sizes but I copped me an OG Padres colors hi New Era cap. Dude working was helpful and the store itself was sorted out neatly… nothing was sloppy… just like a legit streetwear clothing store should be!

Pretty dope store at Pearlridge. The shop is pretty fresh and poppin’ with all of the modern gear. I always stop by to see what’s fresh whenever I am cruising around Pearls. It’s right next to some other shops as well on the upper level by Borders and next to the Eyeglass store and across a kiosk. I think this is one of the most coolest shops around because sometimes they have in store HipHop performances such as Filipino American Artists Geologic (Prometheus Brown) and Bambu. They got gear that represents the true essence of urban culture of Hawaii, representing the youth. They got everything from shirts, stickers, shoes, skateboards, etc. The atmosphere is chill. Prices are decent.

I’ve been shopping at In4mation since i first stepped foot on the island. In 2003 i believe Todd sold me a set of Futura SB Dunk’s and since then the hospitality and Aloha Army has kept me going back.
