Love the prices, awesome and very friendly staff members compared to other vape shops.

I wanted to write a review here so the owner has a chance to rectify this problem. I have been in customer service for 18 years so I try to be the customer that appreciates good service and I rarely ever complain. I went in to Eciggy in aiea to purchase a second Crown tank. I enjoy coming to this place because the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The salesperson helping me recommended I get their newest version. I took his advise and brought home and began vaping. It was really good until it started leaking. I came in the next day and the same guy looked at it and fixed it. I was happy. That night it started to leak again so I went in today to switch to the original Crown that I wanted. The person helping me today (not original salesperson) said we cannot exchange it if it’s not broken. I told him this is the second time I bringing it back. He argued that he fixed it. I understand alot of customers have too much needs that and they are not always right. I understand buying E-​Juice and then trying to exchange it is against policy. It should be. Businesses would go broke giving into the demands of every customer that simply changes their mind. This is different. I do not want a refund, I just want to exchange it for the original Crown tank that I wanted in the first place. I think this is fair because it gave me problems twice and I want to exchange it. Is this how the owner does business in this day and age? With Unilocal,Facebook and social media. Or is this company so big that it wouldn’t matter to lose a mere customer like me?

Juice prices not bad. Everything else… eBay is way cheaper and the guy I bought my snow wolf from charged me 10 dollars plus… no sign says if I get the golf one… so clarity is an issue with the store and it’s website… always read the hidden messages… lol… tried to do the local thing and help out a business but I didn’t even get a discount for trying to shop local. lol Ebay wins…

Bought from this company online and their customer service is A1. My tank that I bought from them got stuck after juicing it for the first time and not only did they offer to fix it but they also paid for me to ship it back. They fixed it and shipped it back to me along with a free bottle of juice. The product itself was not the greatest but there are definitely good people behind this company. Will definitely be buying from these guys again.
