I was leary about buying from this store based on some of the reviews I had read but I must say, I’m glad I took the leap of faith. Jenny, our salesperson, we wonderful! We needed a new sofa and were looking for a sectional to provide more seating. Our challange was space. We were limited on the size due to the dimensions of the room. Jenny gave us time and space to look throughout the showroom. She never pressured us and was most helpful in suggesting different options that would allow us to get the sofa we wanted, in the size we needed, for the price we could afford. She was honest and very knowledgeable. Our sectional was made to order and ready for delivery sooner than we had expected. Due to our painter not delivering on services as promised, we were not ready to take delivery of our new sectional. Wickmans was incredibly understanding and housed our sofa for the additional time needed to have our room painted. There delivery guys were on time, professional and really nice. We are very happy with our purchase and have already recommended Jenny and Wickmans to our friends.

I really like this place, we have now bought a couple things from here and have been very satisfied! The people we worked with are very friendly and knowledgeable. In addition, the coffee table we got was cheaper for the same one that was at Ashley Furniture, can’t beat that!
There is this amazing couch that will hopefully be my next amazing purchase!

By far the WORST customer service and horrible quality furniture store. Bunch of MORONS run this place. They hung up the phone on me because I demanded to speak with the owner. I hope you all go bankrupt for ripping people off!!!

My husband and I walked into this store with low expectations because of a prior experience (3 years prior). We were both pleasantly surprised as we walked though the door and were greeted with a big smile and introduction to the store. From there one thing led to another and we walked out having put a down payment on a beautiful new couch. All of our questions were answered by Linda Woods. She was patient, kind, and helpful with our decision making process. I would highly recommend a visit to this store if you are looking for high end, quality furniture.

Buyer beware they sell low quality Furniture @ high prices 2 ½ years later 3 piece 4 reclining sectional .is falling apart like all the springs broke, 2 of the recliningers do not work, from the 5 months that I bought it in my home. Next time I will go to big lots !!! made in the usa. Wickmans sells JUNK JUNK

We stumbled on this place while looking at national stores nearby. You will not walk out with furniture today. If your goal is to have a place to sit by tomorrow or next month go somewhere else. Basically everything is «custom made» wait times may vary, very very much. We ordered a couch over 8 weeks ago with an estimated 5 – 7 week lead time, and today found out it was «back ordered». Absolutely ridiculous. Today I was given the choice to continue waiting with no idea of a delivery date or choose a different fabric. While the salespeople were friendly, obviously they have supply issues. If you go here and order anything force them to give you a guaranteed delivery time or don’t buy it. I’ll update if I ever get my sofa. In the meantime I have a new place to live and no place to sit…

Great experience with Jenny! She is very personable and honest. No hard sell. I know when she said she would help me to the best of her abilities, she meant it and she did. Definitely going back !!!

Linda and team went above a beyond to help us furnish our new house. They helped us with different options until we found the perfect set. They have a range of price points and options. I love their eclectic pieces which make things interesting. When an unexpected issue arose, Bo and team helped us resolve it. He has excellent customer service skills. The Wickmans team was a pleasure to work with. We are really happy with the bedroom set pieces we purchased and will definitely return!

Had a great experience shopping at Wickmans Furniture this holiday weekend. I accidentally found the store after being totally ignored at a neighboring store (that review to follow). Prices at Wickmans were much lower and quality seems very good. I was helped by Jenny on Friday and she was friendly and helpful. I returned today with my husband to make the final decision and while walking around the huge store filled with all types of styles of fabulous furniture, he found a really cool desk and chair that we purchased along with the couch. We spent an extra $ 200 to do a fabric protector on the sofa we bought and they warranty it for five years — no brainer! Jenny helped us again today, remembered me immediately and gave us information without being pushy. We’ll definitely return when we’re ready to purchase more furniture.

Ok. Just bought a couch. Jenny, our sales person was great. The wife took 3 hours to pick out fabrics and Jenny just kept smiling!!! Great place, decent prices and friendly sales staff.

We are from the Calabasas area and have purchased from them in the past. The quality turned out to be the worst ever… but not as bad as the customer service. They are not true to their word and are late and slow with deliveries even when promised! They seem so nice and then once they have your money they make a million excuses and their defense is down right annoying! NEVER AGAIN… You are better to buy from the internet!

Having newly moved from Southbay to Agoura Hills we ended up with a much bigger home, so lots of space needing furniture. I have been to all the «chains» restoration hardware, pottery barn, crate and barrel, Ethan Allen, Reeds, Urban Homes, Macy’s and more. I had become completely frustrated with finding unique stylish yet solid and durable pieces of furniture. My husband had spotted this place off the 101. I popped in while running errands juts to check it out. When I walked in I smiled. It was a treasure trove or gorgeous, unique furniture pieces! I was greeted right away by Bo, he offered some insight into the layout of the store, then backed off to let me explore. Checked in with me just when I had a question, but did not hover. I have purchased several pieces I am super stoked on and have a plan on ordering much more. Thank you Bo!

THEY WILL NOT TAKE YOUR MONEY AFTER 6! This place has terrible customer service. Please don’t waste your time or money here. Don’t even waste your breath on the uneducated staff. Please GET IT TOGETHER! This place deserves ZERO stars! I will never step back in this place. You can find all this stuff on line.

I’ve made two purchases from Wickman’s in the past year. The first time, I bought a bedroom set from Brett (we wanted side storage draws on the bed and Wickman’s was one of the few furniture stores that had them) and were very happy with the experience — with Brett’s customer service, the quality of the furniture and the delivery. Five stars for this transaction.
Most recently, we purchased a media console from Beau (we should have waited for Brett). We found the unit we wanted on the floor, except it was dinged up pretty bad. Beau told us that we could order a new one but would have to wait 4 to 6 weeks. No problem. I paid a 50% deposit and waited. At exactly the 6 week mark, the unit was delivered — only it the was the floor model with the all the nicks and dings we saw 6 weeks previously. Beau, who first said «it happens sometimes» and then told me I was wrong about it being the floor model, was neither helpful or sympathetic to our situation and very curt on the phone when I called to explain what had happened. Now I need to wait another 6 weeks to get a replacement unit. One star for this transaction.
So I’ve averaged the two for a 3 star rating which is unfair to Brett and the excellent job the delivery guys did on both purchases and overly generous to Beau who really should find another line of work — one that doesn’t involve customer service.

We had the best experience here! Brett is the best. Right away he knew what I was looking for and would fit our «look»!! He steered me right. We are in love with our two sectionals and dining chairs. He held them for me until we were ready to move. Everyone comments on our furniture! Thank you Brett! I’ll be back!

Update! The rest of the stuff was delivered this past Saturday. The only person that I thank here is Brett.

If it was anything les than one I would score this store.
I went to this store yesterday and I picked a dining set and I paid for it cash
And I told the person (later I fund out he is the owner, s son) I could buy the
Same dining set for a 150.00 less but they can not deliver it tomorrow which
I needed and I asked him can you deliver it tomorrow, he checked the
Computer and told me yes he can, I was very happy to hear that because
I had three people coming in for dinner (my two daughter and my wife)
Again he checked it and told me will be delivered between 11:00 am to 3:00
Pm, so far everything look good, paid cash got the receipt and took the one
Day off, waiting for delivery from 11:00 am, at 12:30 truck came in to
Deliver the set so far so good BUT, one of the chair is broken, now we got
Three chair and the table, I call Beau son of the owner and I said if I am not
Going to have full set, that you sold me I don’t want this set, surprisingly
I heard I have to pay 25% for retuning the item after 15 minute conversation
Fund out poor guy has no authority to do nothing he has the get permission
From his mother long story short, mother unlike the son (which was very
Nice young man) was very rude person and she charged me 89.00 dollar
To not accepting the dining set and she said go ahead and take me to
The court I will never ever go back to that store nor I recommend any body
To that place.

By far the worst customer service we have ever encountered. We ordered a couch on September 2^nd with the promise that it would be delivered by Thanksgiving. The week before, we went in the store and Beau, the owner’s son, lied to our faces and said he never said it would be delivered byThanksgiving. He was downright belligerent and argued with us. However, he assured us it would be here by November 30^th. Here we are still without a couch. We actually saw a cocktail table we liked and were willing to purchase it if they took an additional 10% off for our troubles and was told he could not do that! Stay away. There are several other furniture stores in Agoura. Save yourself the frustration. Would never, ever give them our business again.
