Staci’s Skin Care Salon

I got my eyebrows waxed at Staci’s in November. I’m on the fence between giving this place a 3 or a 4 star; there are definitely worse places to get waxing done, but it was sort of average service and results.
I made an appointment with Staci online (which is super convenient) and arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. There was no one at the front desk, but I could hear voices in the back, so I just sat down and waited. 15 minutes later, Staci and her clients before me came out, and it was another 10 minutes before she finished checking them out. At this point, it was at least 20 minutes after my scheduled time.
Once she took me back to the room, I had a pleasant experience and she was really good at small talk while she prepped my eyebrows. Super nice and you can tell that she enjoys interacting with her customers. The hard wax is awesome and I could barely feel anything during or after. After filling them in, she handed me a mirror to check them out. I plastered on a smile and said they were good, but to be honest, the shaping was a little antiquated and too rounded for my tastes.
After that, we walked back up front and I was pleasantly surprised by the price. I have contemplated going back because the service is easygoing and pleasant, but haven’t made an appointment since.

This is the first time I do facial treatment in U.S. Brandi did really good job with nice attitude. I have a signature facial treatment about one hour. Brandi clean my blackheads carefully. I really enjoy this treatment and will come to this place in the future.

Staci has been waxing and shaping my brows for years. Her gentle touch, sense of humor and true talent leave me feeling refreshed and beautiful in a mere twenty minutes. Today, I treated myself to a facial and, wow, what an experience! It was so much more than pimple-​popping!
The facial was relaxing and soothing. Each step of the process released more tension from my entire being. The neck, shoulder, hand and scalp massage were an unexpected bonus. Throughout the treatment, Staci asked questions to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied. I definitely felt pampered and cared for.
After the facial was finished, my skin felt soft and, as the day wore on, I could feel my skin tightening and reacting to the products. I am elated at the results and look forward to my next treatment.

Wow, I have seriously been missing out!
Being a man, I have never given much thought to skin care salons, or even taken my own skin care very seriously. However, I recently got back to the gym pretty regularly again, and my back instantly broke out. I was in dire need of help beyond my comprehension so I came here for just that. It was towards the end of October, so they were booked up, but found a time to take me. Brandie helped me with my back, and as we chatted, I found out that not only was the other Esthetician out due to an emergency situation, another had quit just days before seeing me. So Brandie was taking on almost 3 times her normal clientele, and still found a way to make me feel as though I was receiving care above and beyond what I expected.
While she was tending to my problem, she kept me informed of everything she was doing, as well as came up with a plan of attack to get the problem under control. Just two days after leaving Staci’s I noticed my back starting to clear up. I was so impressed with the job Brandie did, I have booked my next back appointment for next month, as well as a regular facial next week. I told my roommate about Staci’s and he has already gone to Brandie twice for one hour massages, and had nothing but great things to say about those as well. So now, I come here for 3 different things I never knew I needed… and don’t think I will go anywhere else.
Thanks ladies for making this guy feel welcomed in a world he didn’t think he belonged.

I just patronized Staci’s as a first time customer for a Brazilian wax. I was looking on Unilocal for a waxing salon near my house, and they had great reviews. They were able to take me this afternoon which was fantastic. My waxer was a young gal named Brandi. She was sweet, but oh my goodness this was not a pleasant experience. I’m going to say she must be a relatively new waxer, because I have never had a wax hurt this much, and have NEVER been this swollen or tender after being waxed. I was also COVERED in wax. When she finished, she handed me a gauze square with baby oil and said to clean off the wax. It was all over the inside of my legs, on my backside, as well as other places. I had a hard time getting all the wax off, and gave up after 5 minutes. I have also never had an esthetician tell me to clean off the wax. No soothing lotion, nothing… that was a bit odd. There were some areas that weren’t even waxed and are patchy. My main concern is how swollen I am. I hope the swelling reduces within the next day.

Best skin care salon within a 50 mile radius. I highly recommend going here. I had my first Brazilian wax here and Robin was sooo nice and made me comfortable with everything! Also she did my eyebrows and it was the best job I’ve ever gotten. I will definitely stay a client of theirs. Also the prices are excellent!

Went here for the first time yesterday for a brazilian and I will definitely be returning. Robin is wonderful and makes you feel extremely comfortable and goes at a good pace. She uses hard wax only which makes the experience less painful, this was the easiest brazilian I’ve ever had. Prices are very reasonable and it is definitely worth spending the money to get the pleasant experience and wonderful staff. The salon is cute and clean. Located next door to the Agoura Deli and there is plenty of parking. I believe their website has a full list of services/​prices.

Staci and her staff are all fantastic! I get my Brazilian done here and have always had a pleasant experience. They use a special wax that isn’t as painful and leaves your skin feeling soft. The prices here are reasonable and worth the experience. The facilities are very neat, clean and has great energy.
I would recommend this place to anyone!

Robin was such a sweetheart! I got a Brazilian done here and she made me feel so comfortable the whole entire time and made it a great experience. They were super nice and Connie was even able to squeeze me in last second. Great salon and I would definitely recommend to anyone :)

I’ve now had a brow and Brazilian wax with Robin, and she is great! She used hard wax which did not irritate my skin, and it was not terribly painful. It is easy to see that she knows what she is doing– a pro! She made me feel comfortable and was very friendly. I am pleased and will definitely be a repeat customer. Highly recommended :)

Called Staci’s today to schedule a last minute bikini wax. Robin answered and was very helpful. She was able to see me last minute. I found the place easily as it’s in a shopping center in Agoura close to a deli. I parked in front and when I went inside, the place was nice and clean and smelled like lavender and vanilla. Robin greeted me right away. She used a hot way and it was very thick, and i could tolerate it way more than some places. I thought it would hurt and it did not at all. She was gentle and thorough. Thank you for the great service.

I’ve been to every high end spa around. And if I had my choice between going to the Four Season for a facial, or going to Staci, I would choose Staci hands down! No one, and I mean no one has ever done a facial better. If you haven’t been, you don’t know what you’re missing.

Wow! I just got my first Brazilian at Staci’s by Simone and it was a great experience! I was so so nervous, not just for the pain but mostly for modesty. Simone really put me at ease. We laughed and talked the whole time. She used hard wax, which was awesome because it does not stick to your skin, only your hair. Plus she was a real pro at making sure the skin was pulled tight. It was not nearly as painful as I expected, in fact I was telling my friend that I think waxing my eyebrows hurts way worse!
I highly recommend Staci’s and Simone in particular!
TIP: google maps, iPhone maps, and the one here on Unilocal all take you too far up Kanan. If you are familiar with the area, it is located next door to Agoura’s Famous Deli. If you are not familiar, driving up Kanan road, turn into the shopping center just past the Starbucks.
