I’m currently in the process of having several different treatments that address some anti-​aging, and mistakes I’ve made in my youth (sun damage and a tattoo removal) at Vitality. Trust and safety are the most important factors in my selecting a practitioner for this delicate work, and I feel like I’ve made the right choice. Prior to embarking on any course of treatment I receive and in-​depth education in the process. Understanding the treatment and aftercare are imperative in getting the best outcome and my outcomes thus far are stellar.

I have not been in for awhile. That being said I need to go back. Dr. Sarti, Kelli, and Rachel are a fantastic team. From Rachel greeting me when I first walk in, Kelli getting me ready for the procedure, to Dr. Sarti talking me through what is going to be done I felt completely comfortable.
I love the non-​invasive approach to taking care of my aging skin and body. I am so glad they came to Agoura Hills and hope they stay a long, long time.

They may be very good at what they do. But I had a weird experience there yesterday. I went in to explore the possibility of using Vanquish, an rf fat cell killer, for my abdominal fat. I was uncertain whether it would work because I have deep fat, omental fat, built up over years of being pre-​diabetic. After getting the standard introductory spiel about the procedure from the doctor, I brought up the omental fat issue. I asked to find out the rf frequency so that I could research the fat/​water/​muscle penetration depth. (I have an MIT masters and a UCLA PhD in electrical engineering, so I am into that figuring out that stuff.) Then the doctor flatly denied that I could have omental fat, said that I was plainly uncomfortable with the procedure and so should leave. Not impolite, just… weird.

Dr. Kelly and her team are outstanding. I 100% recommend Vitality to anyone struggling with their skin.
They use top of the line lasers and everything is very clean. Dr kelly is so well educated and has a comforting personality that makes you feel at home.
She has helped me with my skin issues and am forever grateful to her. Not only is this place beyond words in excellence, they also have very reasonable prices for the services offered. Oh and did I mention the app that has more exclusive deals and offers.

I have been to Vitality a few times now, enough to see that they walk their talk. Hair removal has never been easier, relaxing (yep, you read it, RELAXING) and hey… the hair isn’t growing back! Yay! I am of course in the know about the fact that only TIME can tell if things REALLY stay the same way… however, that has to do with your skin type, hair type, etc. I’m sure all will be fabulously perfect by the time my 8^th session is here. And did I mention that it’s affordable? Cause it is.
I cannot recommend this place enough. I feel like a loyal puppy that wants to wag her tail when I see Rachel (office manager) or Kelly’s face (nurse and owner that takes care of the procedures personally for you). I can’t recall how many times I’ve talked too much or probably acted real goofy out of sheer joy to be there.
I am yet to be treated by Dr. Sarti, but that doesn’t matter to me, as the ladies are lovely as can be. Genuine, down to earth, they make you feel at home. You can chat and catch up or relax and watch Netflix. They offer state of the art Italian machinery with laser so focused that you see results, minus the pain or discomfort. The monthly membership makes my life so easy (think «busy working mommy schedule».) I’ve never had any issues with anything, the level of professionalism is at a level that is hard to find elsewhere. I’m always on time and have never even once rescheduled. Does that say anything about my enthusiasm?
I am not going anywhere else for skin/​hair needs. Will not be. I am willing to drive far on my only day off, to see these folks.

With a lot of research, I found this little gem of a place right here in Agoura. I was searching for months on the perfect laser to remove my tattoo, which thank god I found here. Vitality has the best new technology for all your laser needs. They are very scientific and explain everything as they go. On top of all of the fun equipment, they are also honest, caring, friendly, clean (which is sooo important), and knowledgable. I have only done 3 sessions so far, but I already see amazing results. I not only recommend this place for tattoo removal, but all your laser needs.

I have completely fallen In love with the work of both Dr. Sarti, as well as Kelly! From their incredible Lazers, and Total respect of both your time and your pocket book. I recommend them 100 X’s over to anybody looking to take 10+ years off of your body!!! I won’t go anywhere else ever, they treat you as family & with a ton of TLC!

I found Vitality doing a google search for «tat-​removal.» I liked what I read and what I saw in their gallery, so I thought I’d give them a try. I made an appointment on their website simply and easily.
Almost 8 months later, and removing my second tattoo, I am so pleased with the results I am getting. Not only are their machines state-​of-​the-​art, but the friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the staff is superb. The price is unbeatable for any tattoo removal, and to have a medical team on staff is not ordinary. The feeling of facility is by far more in the way of a spa then anything medical, although any clinical advice you need is there. Kelly, Dr. Sartis and Rachel are a great team, and have helped me make a difference in my life without ink.

Honestly I am seriously obsessed with this place. The entire staff is awesome. I feel so comfortable with Kelly and shes so genuine. She always remembers what we talked about and asks how things are going. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. I also dont recommended even trying anywhere else. If u have been looking for the perfect place… here it is. Also if u download their app they send u cool tips and offers. Im going to be going to them for all my cosmetic needs, and I tell everyone I know to go here too. Seriously the only thing u will regret is if u go somewhere else.

Great doctor, great staff, great results!
Needed some pre-​cancer tchotchkes burned off from around my eyes and Dr. Mike not only did that just great, but blended in to surrounding areas to avoid scarring and the skin around my eyes tightened up as well.

Kelly and Dr. Mike are lovely, down-​to-​earth folks who do amazing work! They are generous with their time, consultations and follow-​ups. They truly care about the client’s goals and satisfaction.
I stopped in to Vitality last week to check out the place. I have suffered with rosacea for many years and the topical medication prescribed by my own doctor wasn’t improving my skin. I had a consultation with both Kelly and Dr. Mike on the spot and they were able to fit me in for a treatment right then (not saying that’ll always be the case… I’m sure they prefer appointments:)
Kelly cauterized the broken capillaries on my cheeks and was able to zap another spot on my face which was 3-​D and is now healing nicely and smoothly. She then gave me an IPL treatment. I began to notice improvement that day. My skin tone is much more even, the flushing reduced tremendously and, of course, the removal of those broken capillaries made a huge difference. I’m very happy!
Vitality is spotless and state-​of-​the-​art. The staff are friendly and helpful and best of all, I’m elated that I’m one step closer to controlling my rosacea! I will go in for another IPL in about 5 weeks and then I’m confident I’ll just have to do some maintenance here and there. Kelly and Dr. Mike have really competitive pricing and their goal is YOUR happiness!

I am super happy with the work that Dr. Sarti did for me. My skin is looking so beautiful these days. I wanted to have my skin tightened and Dr. Sarti did a wonderful job. It doesn’t hurt at all just like he said. It feels warm on your face. I will definitely come back for more treatments when I need them. My friends keep wondering why my skin looks so great! Kelly is an amazing person and she just lights up the room with her smile. I had an overall five star experience.

I am still SO pleased with the work Dr. Sarti and Kelly do. When I first came to them my skin was a wreck! It’s been a year now and my skin is still looking amazing. I recently visited them because I had a small break out and I wanted to nip it in the bud.
I went for 2 visits and my skin is back to looking amazing. This time my mom wanted to tag along to see if she could consult with the doc about some sun spots and wrinkles.
Dr Sarti and Kelly fit her in for a consult and were able to squeeze her in that day to start her treatments! I am blown away with the customer service and how nice these people are.
Now I’ve got my mom hooked and her skin is looking amazing. She looks 10 years younger and could not be happier.

I needed a tattoo removed ASAP. Long story short; The nurses and doctor were friendly and informative, the equipment was state of the art and the results were amazing. The facility is new, clean and easy to find. I am extremely thankful I went here.

Kelly is amazing! Everything is priced really well and fair. They really go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Every experience is a great one and I highly recommend coming here. I have only been a couple times, but the results are great!

If I could give an infinite amount of stars, I would! I am so grateful I stumbled upon Vitality Institute. I have been fighting a few issues with my skin over the past several years and finally came to the realization I needed help to take care of them. After many unsuccessful and painful attempts to remove my tattoo i finally found the best place. Dr. Sarti was awesome, and the staff was great. They made me feel very comfortable and did my tattoo removal pain free.
Also, apparently they have a laser nobody in the Valley has, and they got out all the red and green that nobody else could. Taking off this tattoo doesn’t scare me anymore, and I’m glad to go back to finish the removal and get this horrible tattoo off of my body. Thank-​you, Vitality!
