warning this company profits from the mistakes of its customers what do I mean by this let me explain when you rent a bin the price seems fair but if you do not properly fill the bin and any items are sticking out more than a half a foot from a bin they will not pick it up and charge you an extra day then they will try to upsell you to rent another bin to put the excess trash in.
when they come to pick up the bin they do it late in the afternoon hoping you’re not at home so that way they have the excuse of saying that it was still too high and they couldn’t pick it up so they’re forced to charge you another day
The wording that susie used on the phone when we spoke with them about renting a bin was not clear and very misleading.
also they will only ring your doorbell once so answer if not they will turn around and leave immediately hoping that they can charge you an extra day.
The woman that pulls the scams from this company is named Susie
Company is all about tricking the customer into bogus charges
give you receipts that I’ll give you a proper name of the company or anything of that nature to prove what your rights are.
I would never ever recommend this company to anyone stay clear of this company
