Wonderful facial!
I was in need of a good facial but was not thrilled with my previous spa so I went to Unilocal to find some recommendations. I came across Serenity and was intrigued by the 5 star ratings and reviews, so I booked an appointment.
Laura was very accommodating and able to squeeze me in during lunch. She lived up to her reviews! She was warm and welcoming and explained what she was doing without being overly talkative. She is very knowledgeable. I like to understand what is going on above the eye mask but still able to relax, which was exactly what Laura did.
Extractions are included in the facial– not something I typically find– and were not too painful as some from an inexperienced aesthetician can be.
She was gentle with my skin and gave great recommendations on exfoliating– recommending to use sugar with my face wash, not trying to sell me her products.
The spa is very clean and decorated nicely. There are chimes and waterfalls that further the relaxation. She uses Dermalogica– which is AMAZING.
The reviews don’t lie; this is Addison’s best kept secret. One of the best facials I have ever gotten, will definitely be going back.

My family and friends always look forward to getting a gift certificate for services… the most requested and easiest gift solution that makes a great gift while imparting wonderful stress relief.
It’s 75 minutes of cleansing, exfoliation, steam, extractions, massage, lymphatic drainage and treatment mask. Soothing botanical skincare products are from Dermalogica. Beyond this though is THE most relaxing and stress-​relieving massage that’s part of the facial. You’ll feel the tension just melting and most probably will be snoozing toward the end of the massage. Your arms will also get a light lotion massage too. The room is quiet, comfortable and cozy. Mellow sounds, chimes, a warm heating pad (if you’d like) and blanket to warm you are provided as are the usual spa terry wrap or robe.
Call well in advance as appointments are a must. Open Tuesday through Saturday with evenings by appointment.
Other services offered include: deep swedish body massage, mini-​facial/​acne treatment, glycolic fruit acid treatments, muscle toning, waxing and tinting.
