My husband and I purchased a BMW X-​3 and couldn’t be happier with the service and integrity of the owner. He is very easy to talk to and made the process no stress. There is no pressure to buy which is a plus. The vehicle was in beautiful condition and obviously well cared for. All of the cars offered look to be very nice, quality vehicles. No junk here! Will be recommending this dealer to my friends and family.

While shopping for my son’s first car in a world where so much is done online, I’m amazed at how many dealerships that provide a way for questions to be asked via their site, aren’t motivated enough to reply with the correct information or sometimes even reply at all. That wasn’t the case with Reliable Motor Werks. I saw the specific vehicle we were looking for and requested more info and was pleasantly surprised to get a detailed response almost immediately. Hasan answered my questions as well as providing additional information and alternatives. It’s also extremely nice to have access to Carfax reports from the website. I started writing this review before ever setting foot in the dealership because I live two hours away, so it was too soon to know if the car is as nice in person as it was online, but this isn’t about the car, it’s about a dealership who still cares enough about customer service to follow up with folks who aren’t there in person just yet.

I ended up driving two hours to look at the car and went back a couple days later to buy it. We’ve now had it for about 6 weeks without any issues and the transaction went very smoothly. I highly recommend contacting Hasan if you’re in need of a vehicle.

My company was moving and I needed a car in order to make the new commute (since 3 hours of commuting by train and bus every day wasn’t very appealing). Having not had a car in almost a decade though, it was a bit of a daunting task. I sort of had an idea of what I wanted and sort of had an idea about how much I could afford, but «sort of» doesn’t really get you far.
A friend had recommended I call Hasan at Reliable Motor Werks, and I’m so glad I did! He walked me through the whole process from start to finish, giving me suggestions of cars to look into based on what I told him I needed and how much I could afford to spend. I never once felt like I was talking to a «car salesman» (what most of us think of when we think of that term) — it was more like talking to a friend who knows a lot about cars. He was friendly, helpful, and put up with many, many emails from me without making me feel like I was being annoying (which *I* certainly thought I was!).
Don’t be fooled by the inventory on the website, by the way. Just because he doesn’t have something listed doesn’t mean he can’t get it! As another reviewer said, Hasan is a life saver!

Hasan is a complete life saver! Think about this business as a car advisory company with access to amazing deals. I was extremely busy and needed to buy a car in a very short timeframe. Hasan not only advised me on what types of cars would be a good fit for my budget, but he got me exactly what I was looking for in 3 weeks at $ 2800 below what I would have payed for at a dealership. After reviewing 8 or 9 cars, I got an amazing 2009 Infinit G37x Sport, fully loaded all in (taxes, title, detailing, etc.) for $ 16.8K and I didn’t have to spend any time researching or bargaining for the best deal. Hasan did all of that for me! I couldn’t have been happier with the process and am in love with my «new» car!
