Is it just me, or are the workers nonexistent at the drive thru intercom at night?
I pull up, hoping I’ll actually receive a voice through the intercom this time, and I state my order.
«Two mcchickens, one mcdouble meal.»
— mcdouble? We don’t have those
«I’m seeing ‘mcdouble’ written right in front of me on the menu»
— I mean we don’t have a meal for that
«???//?/??//?»
Excuse me? How hard is it to add a Coke and fries to my mcdouble??? Then this woman proceeded to say things but I didn’t get any of it. It was quiet for a few seconds until she finally said «you can pull up on the first window.»
Ok? I paid then went to the second window. There was a guy and he looked so lost. Took awhile to get my food and of course, I check my bag before leaving and I say, «my Coke???» He didn’t hear me. He comes in closer. I say, «My Coke???» Then he says «your coke…» Then leaves. Ok… I check my receipt and it turns out the chick in the intercom didn’t add my meal. She put two mcchickens and two mcdoubles! Wtf! I quickly left after that. I wasn’t going to wait for something that wasn’t even on my receipt.
Should’ve went to BK.

I should have listened to the other reviews for this location but out of convenience I didn’t. Their drive through at 6 in the morning was pretty slow and they didn’t get my order right. I ordered a big breakfast and they forgot my hash brown which I didn’t notice until later in addition to my eggs being too runny and my biscuit overcooked. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you’re looking for a quick, cheap breakfast.

This McDonald’s always messes up my order. I could order 2 items or 10 items and the order is never right! Ugg i hate getting home and im missing things. They need to get it together

I understand why there are so many single stars! Especially when the manager is arguing with an older man that was NOT being rude to her at all, in my opinion. The seats are trashed, all cut up. The only reason its still open is because of the location. At 10am, there should be soap in the bathroom!

I was extremely displeased with the night where manager FRANK who wouldn’t replace my order that had his own hair in it. He was extremely rude to me and asked me «who I think I am» asking for what I paid for to be correct and hairless. There’s McDonald’s everywhere don’t go to this one they’re not sanitary and they will make you wait until your food is cold until they serve it to you. I hope you see this McDonald’s your night manger FRANK who’s hair was in my food doesn’t deserve a job let alone handling my food. For this reason I boycott all McDonald’s. He also told me to leave as I was filling my cup with WATER. I even showed him it was water and he asked me to leave. I’m a frequent patron of McDonald’s not only this location but he claimed he was the manager without even a name tag so for all I know he was trying to play big man upstairs so in order for me to ever come back to McDonald’s I want the meal I paid for to be served CORRECTLY and politely and perhaps not by some riff raff who doesn’t follow health code. I go in for dinner and get insulted by an employee. Absolutely unacceptable this will be a corporate issue as soon as they open.

Worst McDonald’s ever!!! They staff is so rude, even the manager is ignorant and rude. They always mess up the orders, over charged my card. Never going back and I hope they reconsider their staff!

They ran out of hash browns and orange juice this morning during breakfast. Enough said.

I am currently sitting in the drive thru… while I watch the cars behind me leave because of the wait time…
We’ve been at this window for 12 minutes… an employee came up to us in the window and said «what do you need?» In a rude tone. Our food, maybe?
Now he keeps coming back and saying they’re waiting for our food to be ready… I would pull away if I didn’t already pay for it?
Also…don’t advertise a «late night menu» that runs from midnight-​4am if you’re gonna tell us at 3:30am that we can’t order off of it cause you’re «making a transition».

Lets just Start by saying that with most fast food chains your order is normally not done correctly. Today was the first time my order was correct! However the park in lot and drive threw is so poorly designed that the line for the drive threw is backed up onto lake street (busy road) when its super busy. It makes it a horror to visit at busy times and my normal less than 5 minute in and out any where else took 20 minutes here today! My food was hot but seriously I would have went to the diner up the road for healthier food at the same cost of money and time! McDonald’s is not worth that hassle!

This McDonald’s location is mostly hit or miss. One word of advice: never leave the drive through window until you check your sandwiches, because there’s most likely a 50% chance that something might be wrong with your order. And it’s surprising too because the staff here are always so nice and friendly.
I also can’t believe how often the machine used to make frappes breaks down here. For the last several times I’ve been here, I’ve been told that the frappé machine is broken down and out of order for the night. It’s hard to believe that such a popular item wouldn’t call for more sophisticated machinery on location.
Overall, I’ve seen much better McDonald’s locations. If I had to eat here, I would, but other than that, avoid.

Worst McDs ever! How many times can they screw up a simple Happy Meal? ALOT ! Every time ! The fries are always gross, cold small crunchy leftover pieces. If I were to actually get hot French fries here I would give them a medal. And you have to be careful HOW you order something because there are different ways they will ring it up. If you say you want an egg and cheese biscuit they’ll ring up a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with no sausage which is way more expensive than just saying an egg biscuit with cheese. Be careful here. Cold, wrong food. Check it before you leave or you’ll be turning around. UPDATE: Still the worst McDs ever! They screwed up my 2 hamburgers today. Hamburgers! And the large fries were, we’ll just look at the picture. When I called about it the manager Nayely said she would not replace the fries only the hamburgers. Why? Is someone peeling the potatoes back there? Just a reminder for me not to go to this one. Villa Park on North is better!

would give it 0 stars if i could. By far the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. used to be good, town changed, got worse, so did mcdonalds. when you order a dipped cone and a mcdouble, they get it wrong, you have to repeat yourself and talk very slowly as if you’re talking to a 7 year old kid. Do not come here, you will get sick and they will mess up your order. go to the one on north ave or st Charles rd.

Yeah I’m glad this place serves terrible food because now I’m actually losing weight! :-) so I thank them for having terrible service!

Terrible quality, dirty atmosphere, and rude employees. Go across the street to Burger King for a better experience.

Fast food. It should be fast. But with this place you have to speak slowly. And repeat yourself several times.
Sausage biscuit with egg and cheese. How difficult is that to understand. Every time I ask for this they have a blank look on their faces.
No offense to the working man, but this is the reason why you aren’t going to get your $ 13-​$ 15 an hour.

I got sent away as a customer because they’re «cash only» what kind of scam are they running out of that place?!

Check your bag — they almost always screw up your order. Fries are usually soggy or burnt. Sad excuse for a McDonalds.
