My co-​worker was done so wrong by this company! She is a single mother and was left high and dry. They moved her belongings into her new place but failed to assemble the furniture as stipulated (and lost some of the screws smh). After multiple unanswered phone calls and finally being promised to have the furniture put back together they never showed up or answered the phone again. After hearing her story and learning that she even tip’d all the guys, I felt compelled to save any other single woman/​mothers out there who may be looking for someone to move them. Bad business Fernando, shame on you:(

We would highly recommend J & F Residential. Very professional and affordable. The crew removed several piles of over sized rocks, a couple hundred pounds of flagstone and other miscellaneous yard waste from our landscaping project, leaving a clean yard. We won’t hesitate to contact Fernando again in the future. Job well done.

Spoke with Fernando over the phone and confirmed a time/​date for junk removal. On the morning of, J&F were nowhere to be found. I called and texted them, to no avail. I left several voicemails and no one from J&F reached out to me. I highly recommend not going with J&F. I ended up going with Ace Hauling, who were terrific.

I’d give another 5 starts if I could. If you want great pricing, extremely professional and friendly service, Fernando and his team are ON POINT and get the job done quickly and efficiently! They made this difficult process of moving my parents out of their home much simpler and enjoyable. We will be using them in the future for all hauling needs. You do not need another quote besides J&F.
